This rating is for boots higher management but not for any particular store.
Extremely disappointed as they have totally ignored to supply paracetamol and hand sanitizer.
At least they should have made it available for their online customers with a limit to buy quantity but no effort is made and from many days i have been trying to order but each time it says out of stock!!!
What a shame!
In the time where you need the most they have failed....

I ordered an electric Toothbrush very expensive from boots as a Christmas gift to my daughter and it wasn't delivered but boots wont do anything another company to go bust i hoping

Correspondence service is anything but..., we're been receiving promotional junk from Boots with someone elses name. We returned to sender hundreds of time, but yet keep receiving them.

My question to is;

DOES THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE BACK OF THE ENVELOPE REALLY EXIST, OR IS IT FAKE?

Because, it doesn't seem to be working!!

If you don't know the layout of the site it can be a little confusing but if you ask someone you get given good info.

Been waiting from 9.30 for boots in newcastle to open , management cannot make a decision to open or not , because not enough fire escapes, we were told 3 times waiting for staff from robuck centre to open the the manager came back to say robuck was not opening, never been so disgusted, told 4 different stories and manager cannot make a simple decision fuming is not the word , told ten minutes ago we would get an answer in 5 minutes still waiting

worst company ever,been ringing my local pharmacy to place a repeat perscription as i am disabled and housebound but they wont answer the phone and when i ring head office they just put me through to customer services who just say i will be waiting half an hour to get through to speak to someone which i cant afford to do so i am now out of meds and no way of getting any thank you boots

Trying to get an email address to contact boots re a serious complaint, also phone not being picked up, never known such incompetent service, Newport Pagnell pharmacy seriously need looking into
