Left my full time job, after being told they have so much work then can keep me in work all year round. It started off amazing I was traveling around working every week. Then it just stopped! Haven t had work for 6 weeks. I m trying to find another full time jobs but with no luck so far. Have no money and behind on bills. Somethings are to good to be true!

Friendly co-workers, meet some nice people and make friends but that s about it really. Always chime in with this people first always waffle but that s a lot of tosh! They only put you first if they like you.

Horrible company to work for withhold your money never pay on time and use any excuse to get around it

They don't treat you like a proper person! There communication is poor, for over 2 years I was promised a clear pathway for progression, but they never delivered anything at all. I was the most successful in my role, I won the awards, got the achievements, but never got anywhere higher up as they're a company who hires and promote who they get along with best. If your looking for a short term bit of employment this place might do.

Takes in more profit than any of the major brands representing tv and phone companies yet pays the least, they offer good commissions insentives but never deliver even when you hit targets, useless

Blue square is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for, they have a payroll department that continuously made mistakes, managers who I wouldn't trust to run me a bath nevermind staff and they do anything to get rid of you.

So basically don't get a job with them.

Worked for the company for over a year and a half always paid incorrectly and was a battle every month to get what I was owed, employees treated almost sub human

1st year was awesome, but went rapidly downhill after that
