I love this place..this is where I got my first vehicle...Francisco was very helpful..helped me in every possible way...I had tried so many lots that day..and everyone turned me down..but not him..he helped me when I most needed a vehicle for my children...I'm blessed I passed through here...way to go midtown motor company 0!!!!

Gave us a good working cars they gave me a kia rio 2011 for now I say after I pay this car off that I'll go back because y'all did an awesome job its Andres guerrero !

Please visit this place. Paco is the absolute best. Honest and no pressure. I am on my second vehicle from here. My first car was Rear ended and they worked with me to purchase my second car. So far ...so good ... they held true to their word zero down credit did not matter. Just make sure you are on time with your payments.. Other that can not wait to see how the rest of the year goes i have a warranty as well. Great people and thanks to them im back on the road.

Very unprofessional. Tried to make arrangements and they gave me attitude and wouldn't let me speak because I cussed once. Mind you being behind 1 month isn't much when bigger companies give you a bigger gap to pay it off.
They couldn't handle a stressful situation and didn't try and calm a customer down nor did they have any type of appreciation towards me. I've paid on time every month but once and this is how you repay a paying customer?

First off I'd never recommend to any family or friends to work with this company. I'm not even a customer and im disgusted by their business practices. The professional way to handle any concern with a customer wouldnt be to air out there dirty laundry on a google review, but rather listen to concerns and see what can be done to resolve the matter via personal email or a phone call. I've gotten threating voicemails and calls from this company as if I owed them money (im current on all my bills). I feel like any positive review on here has to be a family member or friend because i couldnt see that many people being happy with the way they treat people. Again not a customer just felt obligated to shed light on a company I feel is doing things the wrong way and if 14 yrs of business hasnt taught them better im not sure what will, maybe the fact that most people come to them to get a big break and they know that and take advantage of that.

I recommend anybody who doesn't have a huge down payment to go there. With $300 and a 6 month employment history you can drive off with a vehicle. It ends on Saturday the 20th though. I visited so many car lots and none of them could get me in a vehicle. But they did. They did what they said they would do. I'm a difficult person too and I left Freaking happy. You can still go by even if there's no special and they will work with you.

Very great company the staff is amazing the fact that they offer warranty is a plus. I highly recommend Midtown oh bonus is the referral program only had my vehicle a few months and with the program looks like I'll pay off sooner.

Really great place to purchase a pre owned vehicle Fransisco and Rodrigo were very helpful and made the application process simple! Great staff keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen 10 stars!

These are great people and know how to treat you right.

This by far is the worst car company we have ever encountered, if I could give zero stars I would, after paying our $10,000 vehicle off in 30mths we were told we can come get our title and $1,500 depot back, they then decided not to give us our deposit back when we got there. Made up several lies about why no deposit check would be given back(example: amber said we missed payment 3yrs ago, but didn't have vehicle 3yrs ago....try again) then finally the owner says "well I choose who I want to give a deposit to and who I dont give it to..." so moral of the story this place is a joke and I will make sure everyone I know is clear of that.

Need to be more specific with criteria of obtaining finance

They have false advertising they say cars are 500 down naaaaaaaa that's just a lie just to get costumers in for the kill plz donr buy from them con artists
