Best grocery store in LA. Best staff- always somebody there to help you. Clean store. Shelves are always stocked and neat. Great sales.

There was a physical altercation at the store. The deli counter service is kinda slow, so don't go if you are in a rush.

Very good great hot chicken fryed and barbeque etc.

If I could give Von's a minus 10 I would give them one today.first off the staff is really nice and friendly. But this place really needs a major over-hall and renovation. My wife and I were walking through the food section and we saw mold "BLACK", rust, blood and that was in the meat department frozen food section worse, I don't understand Why this place is operating in these this type of condition here in Los Angeles of all places. I don't know why they won't fix or tear down this place Its like something in a 3rd world country, who do they pay off at the health department, that they were not closed for these conditions. My wife and I were at their (Von's) Sylmar location on Saturday night with our in-laws and the place in Sylmar look like it belongs in Beverly Hills, very clean and up to date. we were really appalled at the conditions at our location. I also took pictures of this I had posted on Yelp. may be we should all BOYCOTT this location until they repair it or tear it down.

Over priced and always understaffed. This location has at least 7 checkout counters, but almost always only 2 staffed causing huge lines into the aisles. Automated self-serve counters would solve alot of issues here. I'd recommend going to another location or Ralph's.

Ive never actually been, but they charged me twice for toothpaste and I didn't even buy toothpaste.

It seems like a mini store. They don't have some things.

No stars , very, very, very , poor service unecessary long lines. The store manager doesnt listen to visitors requests or treat his employees with respect. Please make an executive walk thru to see for yourself....

This Vons is my neighborhood store and I can generally always find what need.

It's a tinny one, but you can get what you need even faster. I like it!

This Von's has a pleasant atmosphere and smelled clean. This is something I greatly appreciate in a place that sells dead things/meat. Some markets don't achieve that. Von's can be pricey but they have some really good sales which are advertised in their weekly flyer. Their produce was primarily of a decent quality. I am always pleased when there is a selection of good organic items.

It's a Vons, par the course, with the exception of their growing selection of wines, liquor, and beers. Definitely a step above the other grocery stores in the area.

This store needs lot's of improving... Poor Management, lack of customer service in the deli dept... You have one great worker in hot deli dept. This store needs to hire more help! Ridiculous time spent in lines. Check out only has 3 lines open on Sunday Afternoon!!!! Someone HELP PLEASE!!!

I get the fresh cut fruit and bottled water at this location. Their bakery has a great selection of french rolls and pastries. Well thats at 7am so I wouldn't know how long certain items last. The staff is very friendly and service good.

Beautiful store. My old neighborhood grocery store. Nice and clean. And not real big. I miss L.A

This is on Fairfax- didn't have the size lettuce/greens I needed. Clean neat, quick lines today!

Nice cashiers, great variety of foods, all isles are clean and well organized, big parking lot.

Too good grocery store to go to the staff is very friendly and helpful the environment makes you feel safe outside and inside the store

The employees in the Deli department need to work on their customer service skills. They all look like they don't want to be there, let alone be a service to anyone. Had to walk out the store because they completely ignored me and serviced other customers. Do yourself a favor, and go to Ralph's.

Finally renovated! Long overdue. Fresh meat and seafood section now. Produce department much better. Let's see how long the store stays clean because before it was a hot mess!

This grocery shop is the best shop to visit in the area. I am a loyal customer of this shop for many years. The staff here is always helpful and the store is well-maintained. The fruit and vegetable s are always fresh and well-stocked. Their prices also are well worth the money. I will definitely continue to come here. Highly recommended!

Expensive. I stopped here on the way home, a mistake. The produce area was tiny and not very good.

Why are the employees here so damn friendly?! I don't know why, but I liiike it! I also like the cheap produce and food products. I also really like that I work two blocks away. I also really, really like that this store is huge and spacious and not infuriatingly cramped like the Union Square store. Maybe if they could build a Vons's wine shop around here that would be mind-blowingly awesome. Wine for lunch yo. Until then, I still keep coming back for more.

First time here in the US s store. If the bill is 26.65, you get back exactly 3 euros.

Easy access. Friendly people. Plenty of items in stock. More sales and coupons make for fun shopping.

I really come here for the sales on products. I've come here for years & I can say that the bakery is the most friendly place in the store. All other areas on the floor just don't say anything.

Needs more gluten free beer! I buy out all the gluten free beer weekly! Buy more gluten free beer!

Perhaps they could hire more associates to run checkout. There was only 3 lanes open around 5 and the lines were (no exaggeration) at least 20 people, forming a line that reached to the bakery area. Kinda crazy
