Prices and selection at this location are pretty standard, and produce quality is generally pretty good. This isn't a farmer's market, but doesn't need to be. The staff is always pleasant and professional. And the store itself is generally well kept and we'll stocked. The only consistent issue that I've experienced is checkout time, which is predictably awful. I'm usually in the store in the early evening on weekdays where the lines can be 5 or more customers long. As long as I plan for this, however, the shopping experience is quite positive, and this isn't a deal breaker by any means.

I always get my birthday cakes from here it's always clean and well stocked

You can find almost evrything at this vons from grocery, produce even hot meals.

The lines for checkout are almost always long. But people like me keep coming here despite the wait so why hire more cashiers?
This store is generally overpriced, but every few weeks they'll have a good sale (mix and match buy 4, get a cheaper price). I stock up on non perishable items then. Sprouts typically has better prices on produce. I don't shop their meat selection so I can't speak to it.
I'll keep coming here because I live so close, but I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to shop here!

Restroom was very dirty. Roll of clean toilet paper was sitting on the dirty ground. Afterwards they would of put it back at the rail, for use.

Wide selection of products, including some unusual ones such as grilled chicken and an assortment of bread and bagels. Good shopping experience and terrific prices.

My Lady and I were looking for something specific so the place had just a few and she requested more and we went back to the store and sure enough they had more and also they were very kind, so we're happy for that

Kinda small and crowded but they have a nice clearance section.

Didn't have the eggs I wanted for organic pasteurized @ $5.99. Plots I thought were on sale was actually $2.49 for 2. Prices still too high & lots of items absent; large Brawny paper towels, Naked O.J. is cheaper @ Ralph's & Whole Foods. Gordon's fish is also higher @ Vons.

There service is good and they have all sorts of items

New to the LA area so have been checking out all the grocery stores. Vons was one that I was excited about but upon visiting I wasn t pleased with it as I thought I would be. Wasn t a lot of options and the service was poor. In general it may get you some of the basics when in the need for a quick shop but not great for your weekly runs.

Like it here now, they have great sales on Fridays that beat out Sprouts

Here visiting family. Decided to make a standing rib roast for special dinner. Butcher was terrific, and helpful. Took home a roast and family loved it. Staff was very helpful and I really appreciated it. Thanks!

I love the people that work here but prices are so high!

very poor service food very unpleasant bakery nasty. The cut fruit department is unclean and they eat out of the food. The store director is very rude and racist. This store is very unsanitary

It is a rather small Vons store with a there for somewhat more limited over all product availability compared to other bigger locations, but it is very convenient and well managed with the especially courteous employees which does make up for the smaller size of the store.

So, I just threw up from eating a mini Chocolate vanilla pudding snack that I just bought from Vons a week ago over Thanksgiving break.It seemed a bit thick and when I flipped over the container to look at the sell by date,It was 2 years old.Are you kidding me ? I m giving you guys a call.This is terrible.And while I m here,I needed to take my daughter to use your bathroom at the back of the store.I think the word disgusting is an understatement.

This place really defines the concept terrible parking. The deli is amazing, one of the best in the city. Service is average. Many items are way over priced, similar items can be had for much cheaper at Trader Joes.

Nice and clean. All cash registers manned. Easy check out.

There is not enough staff here. When you want to find something here there's nobody to help you. When you do find someone they give you terrible directions on how to find what your looking for. I do not recommend coming here to shop. The lights are dim here which makes it very depressing to when you come in. Worst grocery store around.

Average market rate nothing special, little rundown

Store always out of stock on every day items. Go to Burbank Vons.

Great neighborhood market. Clean and friendly with well stocked shelves.

Rude service from the cashier. I bought some alcohol amongst some groceries and she asked to see my id. I'm 33 years old and from Denmark, if someone in Denmark asked for my id other customers would laugh cause it's obvious I'm not 17 or younger. But I show her my drivers license and she says next time bring your passport. For another reason I actually had my passport so I showed her that and asked how old you have to be to buy alcohol, an honest question, but she seemed insulted and says I don't have to act like I'm old enough. I didn't respond to that. She was rude and didn't greet me or anything. It was a crappy experience .. not coming back.

Nice store by my god are the prices high! Milk was on sale for $4/gallon! I only go here if I have no other choice and must run in and out.

Edit: I saw mold over the frozen section. It's been there a while.

Wide variety of high quality products. Services are exceptional and staff are very polite.

This is a pretty good Vons that is on Pico..not bad. People are nice, the store is clean.
