I am very unhappy with the service I recieved. Here's what happened.

I called looking for a body panel for my car in a specific color Id been having a very hard time finding. They said they had one in stock and gave a me a price quote. I live over an hour away but was still happy to have found the part. A few days later on a Saturday I have time to make the trip so I call to make sure they still have it and am told yes they do and will start to pull it off the car so it will be ready when I get there, great.

Once I arrive the guy behind the counter says "O did (someones name) talk to you about the damage on the fender?" NO! Not a single person I talked to said the panel was damaged! And not just a little scratch or a ding. It had a softball sized dent that would need bodywork to be repaired. I already have one of those thats why I am looking for a new one. I had to turn around and walk out the door empty handed, several hours on my time wasted.

Very poor business practice and service. Make sure you ask the right questions when dealing with this place I guess.
