Terrible experience with this company! One of the company trucks driven by Jerry had unsecured objects flying off on the interstate. A screw hit and cracked my windshield. I took pictures and contacted the company and advised what happened. I was transferred to Lisa who acted as if she was taking my report. I was later contacted by Jerry who stated he saw me attempting to stop their trucks before they exited the interstate (it was 3). He advised that Diversified would pay for any damages, even if it was out of his pockets. He came to my home the next day and took pictures (which I already had sent Lisa) and did an incident report. He advised that after speaking with his manager, it would be paid the next day. That was 5/10/18. We never received a call back. Finally, he answered and advised that there was a directive to not pay for the windshield from Aaron Crouch (supervisor). At this point, The Agency refuses to return phone calls or anything. They are unprofessional and the trucks they drive have unsecured equipment flying off everywhere. Stay away!

Driving back to South Florida today...just after hurricane Irma, I saw several of your utility trucks on the highway southbound as well. I want to let you all know that your efforts in Florida's recovery is truly appreciated! Thank you so much for the long hours you all have put into fixing our power supply! And thank you for also being safe, careful drivers on the messy interstate!

If the driver kept going on 67, PRICEVILLE police would have been called.
This red beard man was weaving, and driving wrecklessly.
Wonder he didn't cause a wreck.
He cut in front of over 10 cars!
Didn't have gone to cell Decatur police.
I will be calling the VOLT ELECTRIC come Monday morning.

So thankful for your hard-working crews! We can hardly believe how much they repaired in just one day. We expected to be out of power for much longer after seeing all the broken poles, cross-arms, and wires. From all of us in Lucien, OK, GOD BLESS YOU!

They could do better with appreciating the employees that have given 10 years of hard labor and sweat to them and not missing any days at all in 10yrs and always being a loyal lead linemen especially after 10 years of hard work for this company and putting up with being cussed for a few months from a foreman that apparently had issues with everybody note the foreman had only been with the company maybe a year and they would prefer to keep him over a loyal employee after many complaints had been made by multiple employees about this guy value your loyal workers a little more and they may stay with you instead of undervaluing them and giving them the run around PS thanks angry wife
