Why is it that I been trying to call someone for almost a year about something I feel like is very important. I talked to Victoria didn t get anywhere. I feel like she don t care. So I m ask who ever is over her can they please call me. I think because we live in low income we get treated anyway sometimes. She knows what I been calling about to make sure is right o she no.
I do not recommend renting from this company. Where I lived the property was dirty and no air-conditioning in the hallways. The manager was lazy and rude. Maintenance issues were not fixed in a timely manner. The apartments were not cleaned prior to moving in.
They will not fix things. I have mold problems and I am on oxygen. Maintenance quit,confidentiality staff quit. One lady in office and she won't return calls. The board of health is also ibvomved.I have been here 17/12 years and no had housing is available in area.
Staff is friendly, most of them. Need more people for maintenance and be more helpful to renters especially to the elderly for garage and trash . Some of us are too old to take heavy garage out. The dumpsters are too far. I been here 5 yes and no one has did flooring. Rent is OK.
The housekeeping is poor they never call you back on important matters they give bad reviews to your future landlords I don't recommend them

This is the worst property management company in the area. Disappointing because the property I am in is a nice historical building they are not maintaining the property. Check the BBB before renting here, they have 14 complaints on the BBB. Wallick has been doing this for 50 years. Very concerning. They have you sign a new lease for the tax credit but won't give you a copy and then months later raise the rent after saying there is not rent increase. blaming it on the government which said they didn't recommend increasing the rent during a pandemic. Pure Greed they don't care about their tenants.
The new apartment manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Just on the phone with him and he's arguing with me because my family and I have been very sick with covid and he wants to be rude about what paperwork I need. And, than I asked what time he wants to meet because he has other appointments and he got loud with me. All I did was ask what time was good for him and he went off on me.
