Their showroom has some of the most beautiful tile I've ever seen, and they have it grouped and showcased so well. Frank and his staff are tile masters -- in both the design aspect, and in the installation. They work well with traditional, European bathroom designs and with contemporary global designs also. We used their design services and recommendations for both our kitchen and bath updates. Courteous, respectful (they wear masks to come to our homes) and very professional.
Volpe tile offered great design ideas, beautiful tile selections, and quick delivery times despite covid delaying delivery times elsewhere. Frank's staff took our ideas and came up with a tile combination better than what we could have done ourselves. Frank himself is the most kind hearted person and personally visited our job to make sure our master bath remodel was done to the highest standards. Go with Volpe tile, the best in our area. Excellent customer service. I ordered some floor heating mats over the phone. Tammy took the order and gave me a detailed quote. As the order took a little bit longer to ship, the owner himself delivered the mats. Later, I had to exchange the mats for a roll per my contractor's instructions. Volpe gave me no problems and once again the owner made sure to deliver the roll to my house. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
My wife and I could not be happier with the product and the customer service from Volpe Tile. Accacia was wonderful. She helped us find the perfect countertop at Bella Marble and then matched it with tile and grout. The experience could not have been better.
I was sent to Volpe tile by my contractor. I get overwhelmed easily. But the people there were great. Helped me find what I wanted & made great suggestions. I am so excited about my walk-in shower in my new condo.
If there was a no star rating option I would have selected that with ABSOLUTELY NO hesitation. The customer service was horrendous. When I called to ask just a few simple questions about pricing and the installation I was met with nothing but rude comments, mumbles underneath the employees breath, and a complete lack of professionalism with the amount of attitude that I received. I am not one to usually write reviews but after this experience I felt it was necessary. Needless to say, I will NOT be using volpe tiles for my tile needs..
Today is a very happy day to for me to see the completed renovation of my master bathroom. Until I met the team at Volpe Tile, I was ready to give up trying to get this renovation off the ground. The other tile stores I visited were sellers of tile and wanted nothing to do with the installation which is the most important part of the process! These other stores would give you the name of a contractor they recommend and say "good luck!" I actually met with one of these store recommended contractors whose pricing was outrageous and they could not even handle the removal and reinstallation of my shower door. Luckily I came across Volpe tile and when I walked into their beautiful showroom, the first thing I asked them was do you also do your own installation and to my surprise the answer was YES OF COURSE WE DO! Within 2 store meetings and a site visit by Frank, the owner, we were off and running doing a complete makeover of the floors, shower and granite counter tops. Not only do they offer wonderful design assistance in store, their team of installers are true professionals who showed me their superb skill and experience with incredible attention to details. Save the headache of shopping around and go with Volpe for the best in quality, price and service.
I happened to run into Volpe Tile showroom after being totally overwhelmed in other showrooms. Jenna was very knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me very effectively to the process of picking the best tile for my Kitchen backsplash. She looked at my pictures, the colors of my cabinets, my granite countertops and I could not be happier with my selection and the end result. The product we received was great and in store customer service was fine. But the order that was supposed to take two weeks tops ended up taking two months. We had to call and hound for updates and would sometimes get a call back with another two weeks multiple times. Then drop off time comes and nothing was ever scheduled just left out front with no one home. The delay wouldn t have been an issue if communication was better.
An amazing place with a great staff. Had a truly wonderful experience working with Jenna. My wife and I were new to this whole process when we decided to remodel our kitchen. Jenna was very well informed, had great ideas, and was incredibly sweet and patient with us. The big box stores could never match the personal service, knowledge, and quality products we received from Volpe Tile.
