The product we received was great and in store customer service was fine. But the order that was supposed to take two weeks tops ended up taking two months. We had to call and hound for updates and would sometimes get a call back with another two weeks multiple times. Then drop off time comes and nothing was ever scheduled just left out front with no one home. The delay wouldn t have been an issue if communication was better.
