Excellent customer service. I ordered some floor heating mats over the phone. Tammy took the order and gave me a detailed quote. As the order took a little bit longer to ship, the owner himself delivered the mats. Later, I had to exchange the mats for a roll per my contractor's instructions. Volpe gave me no problems and once again the owner made sure to deliver the roll to my house.

I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
