Everything about my experience with this dealership has surpassed expectations. Their is clearly an intention of fostering loyalty at this location because the staff are non-predatory, helpful, generous, and thorough.
When I first purchased my 2013 Jetta, Justin Keyes was a pleasure to deal with. He did not make me feel pressured in the slightest; he gave me an excellent showcase of the vehicle's features; and he gladly worked out a good price for the car with me. He freely allowed me a test drive the car all the way to Elmira and back.
I have also had great service at my subsequent visits to Volkswagen Waterloo. Brad Reinhart runs a tight (and generous) ship over in the Service and Parts department. I expected my service appointment today to be around $300 as I was receiving the typical 45,000km maintenance, some parts as a result of a recall, and they also agreed to put my summer tires back on. My bill came to less than half that price because they did not charge me for the recall (expected) or the tire change (unexpected), and there service was just a better price than I thought it would be. In addition, I received free wiper blades as part of their spring promotion and a coupon for a free car wash.
This excellent service is the reason I will keep coming back in the future, even after the warranty has lapsed, and why my next Volkswagen or Audi will definitely be purchased there.
