Always good to us everytime we come in. Friendly Quick and knowledgeable. I love the new location hated the last. So much more parking and easily accessible now. Beautiful new building.

Five stars all the way for this stand-up crew! I used to work in premium car sales and I can honestly say the professionalism and service I have experienced at VW Saskatoon surpasses that while also being down to earth. Sure we could be driving 'luxury' brands but when it comes down to it, whether it's sales, parts, or service - VW Saskatoon meets all our needs and I we feel like we are valued more than we are at those other dealerships.

Recently purchased my first vehicle from Volkswagen of Saskatoon. I am very happy with my experience as it was very quick and painless. Lucky Singh went above and beyond to ensure that I drove away with the vehicle I wanted. I ended up with a 2013 Jetta. Thank you to Lucky and the Volkswagen of Saskatoon team for making my experience a pleasant one!

Purchased a vehicle here and had some issues with it after acquiring it. The staff were very quick to jump on the case and helped to fix all the problems, even sourcing parts necessary for the fixes from Ford. They were very courteous the entire time and even after everything was fixed, they would call no and then to check up on the me/the vehicle. I haven't had any issues with the car since then and have no need for a new one any time soon, but if I am looking again, I would definitely consider VW Saskatoon or other FFun dealers. Don't just think about how dealers treat you when things are going well, ask them what happens when things go wrong too.

Visiting VW here in Stoon is always a treat! Great staff and always felt welcome coming in. Just recently serviced my '87 Cabby. My experience has always been awesome! Big shout out to Adam who's always there to help with any concern you may have. He's a go to mechanic in that place, that's for sure!

Sales Person Mitch was incredible with the service and knowledge when I was looking to buy my new Tiguan, if anyone is looking to buy a new or used vehicle I would recommend personally asking for Mitch for all your help and questions you may have. Very happy with my new 2021 Tiguan R-Line

Great communication until you actually buy the car. We had an issue after we took possession of the new car and repeatedly left messages...never received a call back.

They are just Cheat and Liar. They say something else and do something else. After selling a car they think that their job is done. They don't have know how what is after sales service? For their personal growth they can tell you anything and all are lies.

We've been impressed with the service over the past year since we got our first VW..... but yesterday was over-the-top! Had the Jetta in to get our winter tires put back on & the windshield replaced. Seemed to be taking a bit longer than usual, and then we were told they couldn't locate our winter tires & rims that were stored at the dealership.... so they voluntarily upgraded us - put on brand NEW tires and rims at no charge! AWESOME service without a doubt!

Took my new golf R in for some modifications before I got it tuned. Angela and Tilden got my car all sorted before noon the same day. The car runs great and it was done right the first time. Very much appreciated guys!!

Jay was fantastic! Helped me get my first new car in almost 15 years. Was very friendly, patient, and extremely helpful! And Travis provided an easy and pain-free finance solution for my purchase. I definitely recommend Volkswagen of Saskatoon for your next vehicle.

Great company to deal with. Everyone is extremely friendly. I was extremely impressed with the service department. They were able to book me in quickly and had my car ready in the time they promise. I highly recommend VW Saskatoon. The take great care of you before you purchase, during the purchase and most importantly after you purchase. Thank you!!!!

Terrible service department. Mechanics could never manage to fix axle problems in a 2007 Rabbit which is supposed to be one of the most reliable cars on the road. Went to a private garage and they solved my problems on the first try when VW had two attempts without any results. Would not recommend for used or new vehicle service or sales and I've advised a number of friends not to deal with this group.

I was on time for my 11:00 am service appointment ...

I was on time for my 11:00 am service appointment and said I needed a ride back to work. I was told it might be 40 minutes. A bit long, but since I had no alternative, I waited and looked after business as best as I could. I kept asking when the shuttle would be back but front desk staff said they didn't know. At 12:40 pm, after waiting for over 1.5 hours, and finally complaining, a staff member gave me a ride. When I left, my car still hadn't been taken into service.

But that didn't prevent salespeople from trying to upsell me a new car I told them don't need, in the meantime. So, who's being served?

The new location, on 71st Street, is way too far out of town, very inconvenient.

I ve only had great experiences with this dealership. From sales to service! I was set up with a great vehicle by their sales team. And when it was time for service, the service department was pleasant to deal with and quick to take action. I would definitely recommend.

Have bought used 7 y/o VW Touareg from VW dealersh...

Have bought used 7 y/o VW Touareg from VW dealership with 90K km on it thinking well what it could go wrong, well it did in less than 6 weeks drivers seat started to malfunction, radio broke, AC/climate control unit broke, all this happened in less then a 5 month and drove less than 10k km . Once AC broke I said I had enough of this vehicle, went to dealership and trying to work out some sort of deal, was going to give a 2nd chance and buy another vehicle, guess what manager wouldn't even give me a discount on vehicle I wanted, not to mention this time I was going to buy twice expensive and only 3 y/o vehicle. So in general was going to spent over 60k CAD on 2 cars in 6 month period and couldn't offer nothing, well VW Iam sure Jubilee Ford is great full for your ignorance have bought brand new Ford truck which cost me 60K and if you would have shown some flexibility I would have spent that money with you Ffun. Will I ever go back to VW in Saskatoon - answer is NO!!! nor will I recommend you guys to someone, BTW final drop was than my touareg drive shaft ball bearing broke on us about 300 km away from Saskatoon it was only 100k km on it.
My recommendations stay away from these guys!!!

P.S. after driving 8k km had to go through complimentary oil change, what a nightmare had to wait for an appointment for 1 week maybe more (point is you cant change oil anytime quickly) also it took them 3 hours to change oil only. Mechanic told me it was a very complicated skid plate. Well you are VW mechanic and I don't want to know about skid plate for starters and if you you are incapable of changing oil maybe you should have someone more competent to supervise you.

When you go in for an oil change and it costs you $830, $400 of that being labor it does not leave a very good feeling. A few filters and an oil change is $830?? I will not be going back for service there again.

Atrocious customer service, I do not recommend giving these people your business.

I called in to make an appointment to get my 2019 VW Golf SportWagen serviced, I spoke to an individual who put me on hold, I waited on hold for approximately 20 mins, then I hung up and called back, I spoke to a different individual who put me on hold again, I waited another 20 mins or so on hold but nobody took my call. 40 minutes of my time wasted and I wasn't able to book a service appointment.

Absolutely ridiculous, it's like they didn't want my money...

I'll be considering travelling to Rally VW in Prince Albert to service my car in the future to avoid this place.

I found the service terrible, all I needed was a key to be processed, and I made my appointment for 11 am because I worked at 3 pm that day. When I purchased the key at the dealership beforehand and made my appointment, they said the appointment would take approximately 1 hour to complete. So I thought 11 am was a good time to go back home, get ready for work and eat something before my shift. I live on the opposite side of the city, so I thought it would be easier to wait in the dealership instead of running back and forth. In the end, it took over 3 hours to process my key, and I was so upset. During the process, when I would ask how much longer it would be, the staff would tell me they weren t sure which technician was working on my key, so they had no info on the process. Overall, I was very disappointed in their service, and I would recommend getting a ride from friends or family or being shuttled back to your place instead of waiting in the dealership.

I bought a vehicle from them a few months ago and found out that the horn does not work, but since they have already sold the car its like no one works there and won't return your calls... but I really shouldn't expect a whole lot considering they are part of the Ffun Group and you get that service at the other dealerships owned by them... Won't be buying anything from them again, or be recommending anyone else to do so...

I wouldn't mind driving a million miles to a dealership located in the middle of nowhere, if the service made up for it. I had a battery issue on my Atlas (factory issue, dealt with under warranty), so the car had to be towed. Granted, it was the coldest week of the year, but it still took 4 days to get my car towed (the final day when I called VW Roadside they said they had accidentally deleted my tow request). Calling VW Saskatoon to keep them apprised was also difficult - from just not answering the phone, to leaving a message not ever to be called back. Finally I guess they just had to deal with the dead Atlas at their doorstep. The service person was quite friendly on the day it was fixed, and it was fixed quickly once the car was in the shop (again, under warranty with no issues). Overall, just pretty disappointed in the service at VW. And, I'm tired of taking follow-up surveys that likely just end up in an inbox somewhere that no one reads. FINALLY - if you have an Atlas, go get the battery replaced (they're faulty). FINALLY FINALLY, after taking the survey they asked me to contact them to help them correct the issues...maybe if they answered their phone, sigh.

Seriously don't bother. Their prices are too high and the service department is terrible. I would rather recommend Canadian Tire for repair work than these guys, that's how bad they are. We just bought a new Tiguan and they wanted 5k more than MSRP. I went to Rally Motors. I have tons of stories of their terribleness, feel free to ask me.

I had my vehicle serviced twice at this dealership and on both occasions I regretted. Service staff will promise you anything to bring the vehicle in the dealership and then money extortion game starts. The entire team in this dealership is group of unprofessional and wishy-washy folks just thinking about TODAY and how they can rip off a customer. Volkswagen is already dying company and this dealership doing good job rubbing salt on the wound of injured customers who bought VW vehicle.
Will never visit his dealership again and will not buy or let anyone one buy VW in my family or friends circle

I was looking for another car and there Product Specialist Lucky Singh helped me find one. He is great to deal with and answered all my questions. The whole staff is friendly and easy to get along with i feel like i was taken care of. Good place to visit if you are looking at another car.

Be Warned if you plan to buy a new car here don't!!! They are crooks that are just in it for your cash. My vehicle had a check engine light pop on and off intermittently so i brought it in for that assuming warranty would cover that. Apparently it doesn't cuz at the time it was off they didn't even bother checking for any stored faults b.c. they wanted to charge me so they get some pay. Advisors and techs working together to make themselves better off instead of caring about there customers. CROOKS.

I've been a Chevy driver for many many years and after dealing with Volkswagen Saskatoon made me switch. Jay Hudon was knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way. It was refreshing and enjoyable from step 1 to completion.

This is unfortunate, because for a while there, I really thought things were getting better (bring back Kelly M!). Due to my treatment by the service advisers, I won't be returning for future services other than warranty work.
The last straw was this weekend, when I showed up for the appointment I'd booked online. I received an email confirming my appointment, therefore expected it was booked. Not the case. I was chastised by the adviser upon arrival, who told me 'they didn't email me', she made me forward her the email; and a service tech who happened to be walking by is the ONLY reason they're getting any stars at all. The last time I had brought my 2012 Golf in for service, they flashed the computer, and ended up disabling my cruise control as a result. The service tech took my keys, and had me out 10 minutes later, after a quick test drive to make sure everything was functioning properly.
In my opinion, if FFUN Motor group would hire a Customer Service manager for their empire of service focused outlets, they would get a lot more positive reviews regarding said service.

$1,298.00 unadvertised fee on used cars that they call the "FFUN ADVANTAGE", offering benefits I didn't want or need. You can argue against paying it, but they assume you'll just be fine with it. Apparently it applies to all FFUN dealerships.

Salesman Joshua Epp is always willing and available to discuss options, pros & cons when I am in the market for a new vehicle. I have found his advice extremely honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

My advisor Trisha was a good communicator, very friendly and sympathetic. However, this dealership does not seem to care about the inconvenience and monetary loss caused by their faulty vehicles they are fixing for multiple rounds of warranty work. They failed to provide an appropriate rental/loaner vehicle for a fix that was originally told would take few days that turned into a now estimated 4-6 weeks.

During this time I am getting text messages from their sales people trying to sell me a new car. Unbelievable.

Dealership is fine, if you're a man. I was looking into a new car and instead of talking to me the sexist salesperson was ONLY talking to my boyfriend. He didn't want a car, I did. It would have been my money, not his. I just wanted a second opinion when looking.

Service will try to upsell and upcharge you on EVERYTHING. The will do services you never asked for nor need then charge you full price for it.
The girl whk was at the service desk last time I was there was complaining that they were washing my car, even though its a complementary thing they do

I had the opportunity to swing by VW Centre today... now as someone who's not impressed by much, I have to say I was impressed! Got a tonne of info from Dave R, who was very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend stopping by if you've always wanted to get into a sweet VW like me! :)

After a bit of a rocky start and paying to have work done that didn't solve my initial issue, VW of Saskatoon went over and above to make me a happy customer. Chris the manager called me personally to discuss my concerns and came up with a solution which suited us both. They gave me a loaner vehicle which was very nice and Angela in the service department gave me regular calls throughout the process of them having my car. Finally a solution was decided upon at no extra charge to myself initially they were going to credit the cost of the work I had had done. I've now had my car back for a week and have had no issues even in the cold.
I'm a very happy customer and would strongly recommend talking to them if you have any concerns before writing them of, they certainly went over and above for me in my opinion.

Thank you Chris and Angela.

Went in and spoke with Lyndon, gave me all of the information I was looking for and was beyond helpful. Very nice and respectful (I'm not the most knowledgeable on vehicles), he knew his stuff. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get into a vehicle just yet, but I will definitely be back to speak with Lyndon again when I am able too!

This review is for the Service department at VW. My 2012 Golf was having some issues shifting gears, so I took it in to get repaired. After being charged $380 bill for them to tell me what was wrong, I was also slapped with an insanely high quote to repair my car. Being a young guy with minimal car knowledge I was very concerned - especially because my car had zero issues until the day before I brought it in for the assessment/repairs.

After talking with some more mechanics about this quote, I took my car to another auto shop for a second assessment (which was free), and I was given a quote of $6000 LESS for all the repairs to my car. Love VW cars, but their service department has lost my trust.

After car shopping for weeks, walking in through the doors at VW Centre of Saskatoon was like a breath of fresh air. At previous dealers I'd experienced being ignored, sexism, weird and creepy and/or pushy and rude salesmen. We were immediately greeted by Kelly with a huge smile, and he found us someone who could help us right away.(You'd be surprised at how many places completely ignored us). The entire team is friendly and accommodating and I've never regretted my decision. Purchasing a car means that you will be interacting with the same people over and over again, and I knew that Kelly would be someone I could trust and wouldn't regret having to work with more than once. In fact, I actually enjoy going in to have things done on my car, it feels like I'm stopping by to visit friends.
Jay was a great salesperson and listened to what I wanted in a car and worked to make sure that I got what I wanted. Overall, I would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys. They will take care of you and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy, welcome anytime, and that you will leave with a smile.

Recently bought a 2015 Golf from Lucky and thought his customer service was amazing. Very friendly and causal witch made for a very relaxed experience. Originally thought getting the car would be quite the ordeal but was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Volkswagen Center of Saskatoon to anyone looking into a new or used car.

Only note I could add is the car could have been detailed a little better, But they did make up for it.

Terrible service, I ve been promised a call back from a manager by three different people and have yet to get one.
It s clear all they want is your money and don t care about they re customer service end of things.
Very disappointed I purchased my VW from them 4 years ago brand new and have always stuck with them on average spending $600+ every visit on recommend repairs.
Thanks VW for the loyalty.
Big thumbs down I ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Lincoln Friske is the man you want to see when buying a Volkswagen. Not only is he passionate about the product and brand he is not your average sales guy. He listens to what you want and doesn't try push you in a different direction. He will answer any questions you have about their products and services. Lincoln definitely will go above expectations to make your purchase as easy as possible. He relates to his customers and makes sure you end up with what suits you! Definitely use him for your VW needs.

Not very helpful with problem solving! Seems like the staff doesn't have much of a vested interest. We've only been there 3 times for our vehicle and 2 of those incidents we were shrugged off, leaving us to take our issues elsewhere to be solved.
We will only be returning for warranty work.
Too bad, we thought it would be better.

Unbelievably poor service. Where to start? 3 months of back and fourth regarding a new car with a VW warranty issue. Unless your dealing with an oil change or basic maintenance.....STAY AWAY! Staff turnover is unreal.....new service "manager" every 2 weeks. It's been an absolute nightmare. After spending 40 plus on a new VW we sure wish we would have stayed with Toyota!

Was recently in the market for a different vehicle...

Was recently in the market for a different vehicle after not being content with my current new vehicle. Went to many dealerships but had trouble getting anyone to give me the time of day, mainly due to my younger age. Until I was properly greeted by Josh E. who quickly made it his priority to find me the vehicle I had come to see. Not only did Josh make it happened but knowing my work schedule and living 30 mins from saskatoon he quickly arranged for an overnight test drive.
Much to my suprise I wasn't satisfied with my original choice and Josh took the time and attention to my list of requirements and not only met but surpassed them all.
Having recently purchased a vehicle I was prepared to fight tooth and nail to ensure I got a fair trade value for my current vehicle. He came in 500$ more than what I had mentally prepared to defend, I was preparing to see the price on the car firm to make up for the trade in value but amazed again Josh found a way to meet me at the number I was wishing to hear.
I really appreciate the team at VW Saskatoon for making my new purchase the easiest purchase and in my true opinion the best purchase possible.

If you're looking for someone who will treat you with the respect you deserve I highly recommend seeing Josh and the team.

I have owned VWs most of my adult life. I took my car in for an oil change 6 months ago and to get them to check my wheel bearings. After that my special lug adaptor was missing. They said it couldn't have been them and I just left it alone because they just argued and I hate confrontation. I am from outside of the city and rarely get to Stoon during business hours. I stopped there today and asked politely if they could use their lug adaptor to put the missing lug nuts back on. They refused this 5 min job and suggested I just buy new lug nuts. Now, being a business owner myself, I realize that the small things you do for customers have a huge impact. That being said, now I will never return there. I will go to PA or Regina when it is time to turn my TDI in and I want to buy another. You would think the manager would have already felt the sales crush of the whole TDI scandal and warned everyone to bend over backwards to retain the customers they still do have. Who knows, maybe he didn't but I am a small voice but a small ripple can have a huge effect. Giant shout out to Colony Motors in Humboldt for fixing my wheel bearings for literally 1/4 of the quoted price from VW and doing my oilchange for 100 dollars less conaistantly. I only used VW stoon because I had the scandal visa to use up at a VW dealership. Good luck VW Saskatoon.

Things got off to a bit of a rocky start when I first purchased my car from Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon. I spoke with RJ Bobowski and he worked really hard to make things right. When the 2018 Jetta is released I will certainly be contacting RJ to consider trading in my car. In recent months I have had nothing but great experiences with all departments at this dealership!

The staff in the service counter are welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately, they neglected to review the charges for servicing our Jetta. When it came time to pay, we were shocked. A huge bill for a short list of routine tasks. Despite the efforts being made to improve the service department, we would not buy another VW from this dealership.

Bought a new truck from Chad. He was a great guy to work with in getting my new vehicle as I had very paticuliur list of wants in my truck. He shopped around multiple dealers that he could order from to find the right truck. After we decided on a 2013 f150 there finance Manger went the extra mile and took the time to call the bank to get me into the truck the same day as I did not have a driveable vehicle as my old car was at SGI. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from VW center of saskatoon ask for Chad he went above and Beyond and I never felt any pressure to buy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Just a horrible experience. General manager doesn t have a clue. Very disorganized. Wasted so much of my wife s and mine time.
Tried to sell my wife a completely different vehicle after I had a deal worked out with the sales man, without me knowing about it.
Didn t expect that from a dealer this size. This place is shady. Don t trust anything they say. An absolutely terrible place to try and buy a vehicle.

I needed a simple radio code for my older model VW as it had been ripped out of the manual prior to when I purchased it. The manual clearly stated to call the dealership and get the code free of charge. I called today to get the number and was told I would need to come in to the dealership (an hour away) and have it hooked up to the code machine...all at a cost. In this time of social distancing and hands-free operation, it's disappointing to know that even with proof of purchase, that I am not able to get the code I am entitled to without VW of Saskatoon making $$ off a customer.

RJ, wow terrible people skills. Not willing to listen to the customers concerns at all, would rather through his sales guys under the bus and put blame on them. RJ was very disrespectful and was more concerted with coming up with an excuse rather then work with us. Unfortunately it seems that their team is disjointed and rather working together they seem to just be worried about their own piece. No accountability taken. Very disappointed with the customer service. Will not be returning.

When I was searching for my first truck, I figured let's try this dealership, they got some nice rides, not over priced and easy to work with...I told the salesmen I'm looking for a 4x4, 5.3L only...and at the time the only truck I was shown was a 4L, 2WD, they missed the part that they bought it from the auction after it had been re-done. I found that out when they called me a few days after and that made me wanna decline buying from them even more. I told him I don't want it and they never stopped phoning me until I told the one on the phone. I'll continue driving an hour to get a new ride then ever own a ride from here...

Highly recommend Jay Hudon to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Jay is personable, easy to talk to, friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all the cars at VW! I will most definitely be going to Jay when it comes to purchasing a new car!

They weren't interested in dealing on a car (at least not at a price I was willing to pay)
So, I bought a Passat at Rally Volkswagen in Prince Albert.
When I got an oil change for it at Saskatoon, the service advisor argued with me about something else I wanted fixed on warranty (which I was right about) and then, without telling me and against my will, they charged me $15 to add oil additive to the new engine oil (which Volkswagen specifically says NOT to do)
Since then; I have been driving to Prince Albert for service and will be continuing to do so.

We brought our car in for a regular maintenance and what a nightmare. When they returned the car to us I noticed a dent in the bumper, I took video/picture proof of said dent and Volkswagen told me to come in and talk to the service manager the next day as well to talk about other damages/complaints. So the next day came and I spoke to the service manager in person. I first highlighted the dent in the bumper and in a snark statement he says "ahh that was there before it's old, we didn't do this and if my guys did it they'd tell me." I told him that I have proof and he never once asked to view it. He called it suspicious insinuating I was lying though he didn't want to see proof. He began to raise his voice as did I in reply. We then were yelling at each other in the front parking lot beside both front doors and the service doors . The GM tried to solve the issue however now he avoided my last few messages so I was forced to put my claim in through SGI. We're trading the car to the VW in PA. All in all VW of Saskatoon' service manager needs to get off of his high horse and treat people like people and not peasants. On top of this they scrqtched the paint up and flooded the roof while "washing" though I got it back with smeared dirt allllll over. Sickening.

I've bought two vehicles from Tim at VW! He was so kind and met all my demands in finding a new SUV both times! I am very picky and particular in my vehicles and he went above and beyond to see that I was happy. Also dealing with Pamela and Jeremy in service is always a great experience. They are knowledgeable, fast and efficient! Amazing!

I have to give a big shout out to the technician .... I think his name was Shawn? I had my r in last week.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car, another unnamed shop had tried to repair an issue I've had, unsuccessfully and he had it figured out in minutes. He knew his way around my car like a dachshund in a badger hole!! I'll definitely be going back time and time again to have Shawn work on my golf r !!!!!
Thanks Shawn !!

I recently purchased a 2017 Tiguan from VW Saskatoon. Chase Morley was excellent to deal with. I felt that he advocated for me throughout the whole process.

The parts desk and service drive through employees were efficient and courteous. The new assistant GM Derek Jansen made a point of meeting with me to ensure I felt looked after as a customer. I appreciated the connection.

The new building is beautiful and bright with a comfortable waiting area.

Professional, helpful & optimistic service.

Professional, helpful & optimistic service.

Jay Hudon was the first salesman to approach me & he didn't waste any time finding me the car I wanted. He let me test drive, worked out numbers for every vehicle I was interested in, & didn't put any pressure on me while I was deciding which car to go with. On top of all of that, he was always in a wonderful mood!

The service advisor actually asked me questions about my life and she tried to connect with me and treat me like a person, not just work. I find that sort of interaction very valuable when it comes to any type of customer service job. The work done on my car was also done expediently and done well.
