I had a problem with my water pump in my Audi this summer, and since I knew a technician named Keith who worked at VW, I decided to give him a call and see what he could do for me. Everything was painless: from dropping the car off, to how long it took (not long at all), to how easily I was able to pick it up. Definitely would go back here for all my import car needs. Thanks for the great work!

Got the car from this dealer.... the sales people are really nice..the service is AWEFUL!!!

Me and my wife went to this place for her new vehicle last time, we didn't end up buying the Golf (which I liked very much) because my wife didn't like the appearance of it, but we liked the sales guy there. He's tall Chinese/Asian guy, i think his name is Wen. He's super friendly and professional and he wasn't mad even we did not buy from him. I would definitely refer him to my friends and co-workers.

Probably too pricey 139 bucks an hour shop rate is hard on the wallet.

I have been to so many other places looking for the perfect vehicle for me. Until I came here. I was approached by a salesman named "Jay Hudon" and his outstanding customer service was extremely impeccable. I have never been treated so kind, and helped so thoroughly. I highly highly recommend visiting this place, and especially the salesman "Jay Hudon" here. TY for the outstanding service.

The service was wonderful. I was politely greeted by the staff and very well taken care of. I was able to find a vehicle that was the right fit for me in my budget. I was provided with great communication and helpful information in order to find the right vehicle for me. With Kelly's generous help, I was able to find a great deal for a great price!

Horrible dealership.

We've been fighting with them since 1 month after purchasing the vehicle. The infotainment system will just stop working for a full day.

Brought it to Volkswagen and they have been telling us for 3 years to document it. We have sent videos, pictures and yet nothing is done under FULL WARRANTY that we bought..the warranty manager Keith was horrible. The woman, Pam, in service was terrible and ran and got a manager when asked simple questions.

Please avoid this dealership, they will give you the run around and will not do anything for you. They'll tell you the person you We're dealing with quit and will kick you around to 3 new people.

Embarrasing that we spent 50 grand in a vehicle and this is how you get treated.

"FFUN motor group", there is nothing "fun" about this place. Unless you have fun getting the worst service of your life. The service department at this location has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Time and time again they have shown me that this might be the worst business in Saskatoon.

If you own a Volkswagen and want to get it serviced DO NOT go here. They will rip you off, not fix things properly and when you call to try and talk to someone about the issues you have they wont return your calls for weeks on end.

I'm not one for posting bad reviews on google as I know it can be subjective, but in the case of this place I felt the need to post this to help other people avoid the headache and crap service they consistently provide.

Wen is the best car advisor. He helped me to buy my first car and gave me some sophisticated experience, helping me a lot. The experience in Saskatoon VW was fantastic

Everyone was extremely courteous throughout all our visits including the first visit where we were not at all serious about buying. The sales people involved were very approachable and finance manager explained details clearly giving several options to choose from. A few things needed to be done before we could get our vehicle. They did this quickly as they knew we needed to leave town within a couple days. Chelsea also took the time to show us the finer details on how things worked with the instrument panel.

Went in with my car, did some basic paperwork and walked out with a nice shiney new GTI. Quick and painless, very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. If you're looking for an awesome team talk to Josh Epp and Steve. Best group of guys ive ever dealt with for a car purchase, even after the purchase they've been there to answer any questions and help me when I needed it. 5/5, would buy from again.

Bunch of f***ing crooks, my girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and they ended up convincing her she needed a ton of other work that she didn't and it ended up costing her over $600 for a f**king trip to get an oil change.

Worst customer experience ever. They wanted me to buy a used car before they could bring it to their store. The manager said, it will be like rest of the cars on the street . I will not take a car from them even if they give it for free. Joke of a store.

Our experience from start to finish with Tahir was exceptional . He made us feel like very special guest , introduced us to the team at Volkswagen and was always waiting to assist us! He was not pushy or aggression and when there was a small issue he took care of it personally and beyond my expectations ! This type of service is what keeps us coming back. I am thrilled with our new Tiguan .

As the only Dealer of the Volkswagen in Satun, the technical characteristics are poor, and the reasons for the car failure can not be found for several hours. I will never buy a Volkswagen car in Satun, and I will not find them to repair the vehicle!

When the sales guy make a deal with you make sure everything as in everything is in black and white, signed and notarized, these guys keeps a lot of promise they don't intend to keep just to make a sale. i will never ever buy a car from this place ever!!!!!!

worst place to take your car for service over 4 hours to diagnose the problem. that's 4hrs x $145 .wanted to charge me for overnight shipping for the parts that were needed. they also charge you for them using their equipment in the shop like the hoist or battery charger. $122 for "shop /enviro" charges is what they called it. rolled their eyes at me when I questioned on the bill. stay away!!

terrible service and absolutely disgusted in how they sold my sister a car and ripped her off and many hidden costs she did not know about until another dealership told her, also did not give a car report to her and her vehicle she bought was in a accident and they did not tell her that info.

When I was buying one of my dream cars (Golf R), I had some very specific requests prior to taking delivery by the service department. Adam Sargent made sure EVERYTHING was perfect and all my special requests were completed with an attention to detail surpassed by none. Thanks Adam and the team at VW Centre Saskatoon!

They're VERY salesy to get you to buy a car (I was talking with 4 different people) but once I bought my Tiguan, the customer service evaporated! I felt pressured to buy and they use scare tactics to get you to purchase additional warranty. Dealing with the service side, this most recent experience has me looking for somewhere else to take my car for repairs.

I brought it in for an emissions recall, to get the replacement key I ordered 4 weeks ago (that no one ever called me back about)...and have my drivers side speaker looked at. I waited an hour and a half for a shuttle home and by 7pm that evening when I didn't hear back I assumed they were holding on to my car for the night. This morning around 8am I get a call from one of the service advisors asking for more info about the right side speaker. I call back and get VM. I let them know what the issue is in that VM. When I don't hear anything by 12:30 I call back and the advisor says OH YEAH, I called you...so I said I called back and left a VM--he of course never got a VM so I had to go through it again with him. I also ask why no one called me the night before to let me know they're holding my car for the night, the advisor tells me he DID call (he didn't, there was no notification or voicemail, yet he was able to leave one this morning).

They also advertise contactless pick up and delivery but when I've asked if they could pick up my car for servicing they advise they're short staffed.

After dropping a significant amount of money on this auto, I'm greatly disappointed with the customer service I've received so far.

I purchased a used 2019 VW Atlas from this dealership.

The salespeople were friendly when I was interested in purchasing but when it came time to put the money down they all stated they could not move at all from the advertised price. Eventually when I was at the door they agreed to negotiate to a fair price.

The vehicle was delivered to me but the salesman took the keys with him when he left. When he came back to give me the keys I only received one key fob, which he stated was all that the vehicle came. I have been asking for a replacement second key fob for weeks now, all the while getting automated emails thanking me for my purchase from Saskatoon VW and asking how they can keep me a satisfied customer.

Today I was told I will not get a second key fob from the dealership. I am extremely disappointed that I purchased a VW vehicle from this VW dealership and was told it s a used car, you get what you get .

Side note- I am extremely happy with my VW Atlas! But when it s time for an upgrade I ll be going to a different dealer.

Very poor communication and customer service. During the sale of a new vehicle, we were told that a $200 customer referral fee would be paid for referring a family member to the dealership. After chasing the dealership to honour payment for this deal, 6 weeks later a cheque for $100 was provided. No explanation why they did not honour the original agreement. Will never recommend this dealership again to any family or friends.
Also, the new vehicle had to be brought back to the dealership twice for service on items that were missed on the initial inspection, such as a damaged front seat and missing block heater.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon. After replacing an axle boot, which was supposedly needed to prevent possible damage to my front axle, apparent damage was inflicted. When I brought the car back two weeks later to investigate the new, distressing sounds it was making when turning right, I was told that the axle needed replacing. A decent mechanic would know that any damage to the axle prior to having the boot replaced would have been detected while replacing the boot. Instead of being upfront and honest with me, I was taken for a fool. Had I not done my own homework on the issue, I would have had an equally large bill to pay today. I will not be going back, and I'd advise anyone who brings their vehicle in to this shop to be extra vigilant when sold on parts that need replacing. Indeed, I'm confident that the second time I brought the car in the issue was not properly diagnosed before the quote was given for additional repairs, since they assured me that nothing had been taken apart when I went back to rescue the vehicle from further damage. I may not know much about cars, but one only needs the capacity to reason and the time to make a few phone calls in order to know when one has been mistaken for a fool.

Very good treatment from sales staff! Ryan the general manager for sales is awesome and Travis the finance manager did everything he could for me to get a vehicle. He went above and beyond! I got three vehicles from him and each time he came through for me! Our treatment from Volkswagen sales was better and better each time. They are always happy to see you and greet you with a smile. The only thing I feel they need improvement on is offering free curiosity vehicles to their costumers when their vehicles require maintence. Josh our sales man is very nice and helpful and Jeremy bacon in the service department is always helping out with what ever we need. I always recommend family and friends to shop at VW centre when they are looking for a new vehicle.

Robbie Clark in the Parts Department is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I purchased winter tires from him and he was very knowledgable and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Took my car in for service and Keith P was my tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was prompt and excellent communications.

Came and picked up my new 2018 Tiguan, highline. Deep black pearl. Steve was the gentleman who delivered me my vehicle and went through all the fancy features with the new SUV. Was amazing and so helpful. RJ was also amazing and helped me through all the ins and outs of my sale and really made this all happen for me! Very happy with my service and was amazed by how quick all the employees were to come and say congratulations and shake my hand! Definitely my best experience with Volkswagen center of Saskatoon. Definitely recommend any of the VW vehicles to anyone. Also a thanks to Chris the GM for always helping me out with whatever I need with my cars as well! Of course the entire team was amazing. But big shout out to Steve, RJ, and Chris!

Havent got an e-mail from this place since my interview when she specifically said she would refer me to other locations and took me e-mail right then and there. Good interview but honesty, 1/100. No hope or excitement in getting a job here anymore.

Had very good experience with service here so far. My Touareg is looked after by Adam who owns one and really gives me great details about all things needing to be done. One SURPRISE for me was i can bring aftermarket parts to get my car fixed as they are much cheaper than to buy from dealership.

Didn t have much experience with sales but looked around when waiting and they never were pushing anything. One time inexperienced person was telling me a lot about certain vehicle I already knew everything about. It s just general inexperience of understanding than listening is everything in sales and actually every aspect of life.

Overall, very pleased with our dealership in Saskatoon and will always love VW even though North American choice is so limited comparing to Europe.

Every time I had service work done, I got Jeremy Bacon to assist me and he went above and beyond what I asked.

My experiences with the dealership in Saskatoon have been terrible. I don't bring my car in anymore because every time I do, there's more effort put into increasing the size of my bill than in helping me out. I now take my car to PA.

I normally wouldn't leave a negative review, but ever since bringing my car there, I receive regular phone calls and spam mail begging me to 'trade in my vehicle!!', in some cases from 3rd party companies. I have requested MULTIPLE times during the unsolicited monthly phone calls to please take me off the phone list, but I am still being contacted. Please stop spamming me.

Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful. It can be downright scary. I was searching for my dream vehicle when I had read some fabulous reviews about Mark Sugar. I was impressed immediately. service center is the biggest rip off. Try to tell you things are broken when they're really not and charge an arm and a leg to even look at it never mind actually fix anything. I've had different Volkswagens for 6 years and am now getting rid of mine just so I don't have to deal with the shitty service center anymore.

Talk to Lyndon Dominey talked to the guy Friday was driving a new vechile Monday great guy to deal with.

Parts department has been excellent to deal with! Steve has been extremely helpful, getting me parts quotes ASAP, getting me all the right parts I need for a great price, and getting them shipped out to Swift Current for me. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. I've spent a lot of time here because of work. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have recently done renovations and look a lot more modern. My only issue is that it's close to the airport so it doesn't have much around it in terms of restaurants. Closest would be sharks club, which is at the hotel next door and that's at least a 10 mins walk. Restaurant in the hotel is way overpriced and the food quality has gone down over the years. The staff are amazing, from the shuttle drivers to room service and everything in between. Always very helpful.

WARNING!!!! My spouse purchased a truck from this Volkswagen in saskatoon and was told to bring it back for the repairs (break rotors, break pads, headlights, and detailing) we went back down to the dealership with the truck and was given a courtesy car for the day. We recieved a call her truck was ready around 1:30pm. Upon arrival we were told the breaks hadn't been fixed and neither had the headlights. We drove back up to La Ronge and was told they were going to send a sales person to pick it up and take it back to get the repairs done. Two weeks later a sales person came up and picked up the truck. We have a telus drive plus in the truck which is a gps/tracker. The truck reached 153kph on its was back to saskatoon with 7 rapid accelerations. The vehicle also stopped at the liquor store in Prince Albert on the way back. He then proceeded to joyride the vehicle around Saskatoon at excessive speeds. We called the sales person to take the vehicle back to the dealership which he then told us he doesnt have his vehicle keys and would need to go home to get them first. He went home for about half an hour then went to the dealership. When we called the dealership the manager said there was nothing that could be done. The vehicle sat there for a week. It came back with the breaks still very poor the vehicle hadn't been detailed and the driver had tried to leave with the vehicle on empty. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as vehicles are a financial investment and are not to be taken as a joke. I did talk to a lawyer and they had told me theres nothing you can do about it since none of these problems were written on the contract. Now she is stuck paying for a truck with terrible breaks until we can afford to replace them. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

I bought a truck from this dealership. I asked to have the breaks fixed as they were warped. I took the truck home to La Ronge and drove back down to Saskatoon on a weekend and was told they would replace the breaks and detail the vehicle. Nothing was done and they told me they didn t book my truck in to get the breaks fixed. Then I was given the option to have a sales guy come get my truck in La Ronge a different weekend and bring it back down to the dealership to be fixed. The sales guy came and got my truck and drove it to Saskatoon. I have a TELUS drive+ so I can see how fast and where my truck goes. This sales guy went joyriding all around Saskatoon going at excessive speeds around circle drive until I phoned him and told him to take it to the dealership. The manager said there is nothing he can do about this situation, which I find very alarming and unprofessional. I have since gotten my truck back and the breaks are still not performing properly. The truck was not detailed fully either. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

The Parts Department was excellent to deal with. We got a great deal on winter tires and some cool accessories for our Golf. The VW boutique is also great for small Xmas gifts.

The service department was unsatisfactory. They charged me for a diagnostic fee based off the diagnosis I gave them. Then, the part they said I needed wasn t covered under my enhanced warranty. Warranty won t cover the diagnostic fee, and neither will they. I m out $200 for something I already knew, which is a huge burden during these uncertain and unprecedented times. Extremely disappointed with Volkswagen.
