I knew very little about air suspension and was recommended to reach out to Andrew at Open Road Tuning about putting a full air setup on my Audi. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me pick out exactly what I needed with recommendations & explanations, plus had most everything on hand! He's very communicative and extremely competent within multiple areas of the aftermarket automotive tuning world. Not specializing in just one "genera" of cars but having valuable extensive knowledge of Domestic, Imports, and Euro which is quite impressive. I've since purchased two sets of Rotiform wheels from Open Road Tuning and have made it my go to stop for all my aftermarket automotive needs.
Placed an order 8/24,. no warning or message stating any delays 9/1 the order still hadn't updated, no fulfillment. I called and get a message stating they will be out of office "8/24 - 8/28" I email with no reply. I post on their Instagram page where my post is promptly deleted. I got fed up and requested a refund, which was approved on 9/2, still with ZERO communication. I regret ordering with this company trying to save 10 dollars over MUCH better authorized retailers. They have the time to post to IG and delete comments, but no time to reply to my emails after I had already paid for my order? That's poor service EDIT: In response to company response: The other reviews "negate" what I have posted? Like I said, you had time to be on instagram posting and deleting comments but not to address orders or emails, your response is asinine.
