On the phone to staff for 2 hours, yes 2 hours, ...

On the phone to staff for 2 hours, yes 2 hours, who have no authority to make a decision, about anything. Poor reception continually and in response even worse customer service, Head Office have nobody you can speak to and guess what you get put back to a call handler - who can't make a decision, has no authority and guess what?? back on the phone for 40 minutes. EE, here I come.
