Thanks it was a pleasure and helpful ladies to assist. It was pass closing time but they helped until job was done. This is Vodacentre. Well done!!!!! Had 3 terrible experiences at Vodacom Northrich mall with Milissa. Last experience my phone was wiped and all my business information lost. She never told me we should make a backup ,she never phoned you back .bad bad client service.

Staff not very friendly. Nobody to take temperature although scanner is lying on table. My simcard broke during lockdown. Bought a new simcard but could not change to old Nr as it was deleted on their system. Phone customer Care who told me to go to vodashop to reactivate. Person who helped me said sorry there is no ways that I can get my Nr back. I told them CC said it could be done. Said sorry , but then they must help me then. Not interested to help me back a Nr that I had for 10 years.

WORST service ever! Phoned to find out about repairs on my phone which is still under warranty. Lee-Ann van Dyk treated me like trash. I have never ever been treated so badly. Customer service in the repairs department at Vodacentre Bloemfontein doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I gave in the review. Shocking client relations is an understatement when it comes to Lee-Ann van Dyk. "Disappointed customer"

Vodacom has the worst customer support for business. I ordered a device at Vodacentre Bloemfontein. 3 days later they inform me (after I had to enquire) that the device is on back order and they don't know when it will be available. I cancel the new line. I try to contact Vodacom Business, all there is on their contact page are links which go in loops to the same page. #bethedarkness #poorservice
