Before being referred to Kiran, I was frustrated beyond belief at the current system of acquiring a mortgage with my bank that I have been banking with for over 25 years with never so much as a bounced chq or issue. In fact, my financial standing was very good (no credit issues)(positive previous mortgage history) with me putting more than 65% of the purchase price down. This should have been a walk in the park to get a mortgage but the big 5 banks have a way of harassing, delaying and creating undue stresses and demands from people looking for a mortgage. They want everything (asset) and your unborn children attached to a mortgage.... Have they forgotten that we are the ones bringing them business? Somehow they have switched things to fool us into believing we are there serve them... when it should be the other way around. After all with that much equity going into a property, what the heck were they worried about, not like I can pick my property and disappear... really nuts.

After contacting Kiran, I quickly understood that she was committed and dedicated to my needs. It was understood that I was not the only one frustrated by the big five. She was efficient and streamlined in getting things done, no BS just straight to the point. Needless to say she got me the mortgage painlessly and so much more. I knew of the owner of INTERFINANCE for many years as she serviced TD B lending. I went to her last year 2015 to get my first mtg. She is a good job, very pushy but I had little choice . I went back a few months later to do a 2nd, however the amount on the fees was ridiculous, she was taking advantage of me I feel, and I cancelled a few days before closing. She was so mad, demanding her fee , borrowing 60K wanted to charge me almost 12K in fees? how does that make any any sense to me. I cancelled she was angry and sent me threatening emails for the money I DON'T OWE her. I find she knows her job 200% but her customer service skills are terrible, because people have bad credit. Would I use her again NO. Would I refer her NO. Only because she is TOO AGGRESSIVE no need to be. Torment people when they are in trouble financially is not professional. There is more to life than work , treat people well they will refer and appreciate you. She felt she did me a favour? I paid huge fees...I think she was compensated fairly. Then sent me a thank you card from 'SEND OUT CARDS" not personable at all, generic. I have never treated clients in the manner she treat people. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH HER AGAIN. I truly hope she never treated any of my past clients they way she treated me.
