[Edit] The owner contacted me & fixed the issue promptly. It turned out that the email address was not updated in their ordering system, and my email never reached out to them. I am now waiting to receive the new/revised version of the photos.

I would give 0 star if possible. This place is a complete scam. They messed up a simple photo print for my kid s passport. The pictures are color faded, flipped/mirrored, and not centered (digital copy I sent was centered). Sent them an email, no response received.
