Vivax Pros Review

We had the exterior of our home painted and it looks great. The whole process is so smooth and their communication and planning is stellar. Also, having their own woodworkers was a big plus so we didn't have to go find someone else for the trim needing repair. They were super responsive to calls and texts. It took two days to paint the house and we were a bit worried they would rush it since the weather on day two was going to be poor and cold but they let us know ahead of time and pushed it to a warmer day the following week. The end result is fantastic and we are so happy with the results!

We went with Vivax because of their guarantee. We have open space behind our house and storms tend to be wind driven horizontally, pelting the house. This is our second paint company we have used since we bought the house in 2007. Our last experience was not as favorable.

Vivax has been prompt with each phase of the project and informative. We have been up dated with each step. Starting with the Power wash, Trim removal and replacement, calking and sanding, main body paint and then trim and accents painting.

I would recommend Vivax Pros to anyone looking to have their home painted. The entire process (quoting, scheduling, walk though, painting) was much easier than I expected and I am extremely happy with the quality of work. The painting crew was very polite, courteous, and completed the job in just a couple of days! Nate was great to work with and I will reach out to Vivax again, without hesitation, if I ever need another home painted.

We have an 1890 Queen Anne Victorian in Denver, and chose Vivax because Lana, the paint designer, is dedicated to Denver-area historic homes, and Hunter (the project manager's) team (Edgar and Antonio) have a great deal of experience with historic homes. Lana designed a paint scheme that we never considered (and neither did the other 5 bidders that we considered). She worked with us closely, and we absolutely love how she made this 130 year old Victorian fresh. Our neighbors are amazed, and so are we. Edgar and Antonio are incredibly hard workers, starting early, working late, and they finished on time (5 days total, including a long complicated fence where they had to contend with rose bushes). I can't recommend Lana, Hunter, Edgar, Antonio, and Vivax enough.

We hired Vivax Pros to repaint our house that hadn t been touched since the original paint almost 25 years ago. Our painters took their time prepping and were thorough, friendly to work with and paid attention to detail. Alexis our project manager was also very easy to work with and stopped over multiple times to check on the progress. We are very happy with the result!

I really like working with this company. The people the have doing the job are real nice and very professional. If you ask them to fix something they do it right away. I will refer them to everyone.

I have been completely overwhelmed by the quality and professionalism of all Vivax employees I have dealt with. I have requested touch-up work for the 3 years my house was under warranty and have always been satisfied with the work from the front office customer service reps to the managers and painters sent to preview the work and to do the touch up. My painter today was Antonio Reyes and he did a spectacular job of prepping, caulking, and painting. I recommend Vivax to anyone looking for perfection and great customer service.

Vivax repainted my house spring 2021. This company has excellent communication throughout the job. Clear and specific as to how the job would be run. From sales to carpentry to project management, these folks went over and above to make sure the job went smoothly. Our project manager, Nate, excelled in follow up and follow through. When it came time to paint, the crew was focused, attentive to detail, and always courteous. They worked hard to use good weather hours very efficiently. I'm very pleased with their work and I highly recommend Vivax pros!
