People expect something for nothing! I think the customer service is great. The airmen are polite, but yes, the waiting room is filled with retirees -- if you don't like the wait, go to the VA to have your prescriptions filled! We are blessed to have a pharmacy right next to the commissary and PX, so quit complaining.

Most unprofessional environment. There is 1 guy working here and 30
People waiting. It s been 3.5 hours now after calling 4 times to double check my prescription went through. They told me yes 4 times!!! Now it s not even ready. They really need to get more staff and educate the volunteers. I am a type 1 diabetic and getting told I can t get my insulin is frightening ! This needs to get fixed it s been like this for 4 years now !

Love the pharmacy here. Very much improved customer service since when I joined the Army 45 years ago. Not sure where these negative comments are coming from? You take a number, wait a bit and a GS or Airmen hands you a free prescription. What more are you expecting?

It s true that there are often a lot of people picking up prescriptions, so bring a book to read; however, I have never had a bad experience in the 4 years I be been coming. Very friendly active duty personnel and volunteers, all. Thank you!

The OIC of the Pharmacy needs to reevaluate. Instead of scheduling their half day off sometime mid-week the Pharmacy closes down early on Fridays (at 1100 hours sharp). Consequently Active Duty members that get Injured or Sick on a Friday are Forced to Wait until Monday to get their medications. Or Tuesday if it's a holiday or down day. Not to mention all the dependents, children, retirees, and disabled combat vets that are force to wait three days. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that closing down mid week instead of mid morning on Fridays would prevent people from suffering all weekend. Especially us Active Duty that work weekends. My doctor is not impressed.

This pharmacy is absolute trash, I wish I could give it -5 stars. I called on June 27th (waited on hold for over 30 minutes to just activate a new perscription and a refil that took literally 2 minutes) for simple pre-natal vitamins and Albuterol (an inhaler so I can breathe!) They said the vitamins would be ready that day after 12 and the inhaler would be ready Monday after 12. So I come today, Monday, after 12, go through the drive though only for them to tell me my perscription was just "activated" this morning, nothing is ready and I have to go inside to talk to someone. I go inside to talk to the lead tech and she said nothing is in the system and I would have to come back again in 3 hours! Are you joking? Not even an apology or a explanation as to what happened? This is pretty serious error as the inhaler is something I NEED. This pharmacy is poorly run, every time I come here I leave irriated. I live 20 minutes away and work in Denver so I never make it to the pharmacy after work as their hours are minimal. And when I'm off, they are closed. This is the 3rd time I've come to try and get prescriptions that take over an hour to wait in line or aren't even ready. Last time I just got it filled off base and paid out of pocket. THIS CLINIC IS HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible experience, pharmacist was clueless as to the protocols, short in answering questions and always missing one of the medications you need. The supply is behind in restocking and the wait time is way too long. You are better off going somewhere else. Yesterday I went in for my daughter s medication and she told me I m not in the system, after repeatedly telling her to check again because that was my 5th time there she finally found me, then she couldn t find my daughter s medication which I know my doctor sent. This experience was a waste of time and energy. You re better off at a different Base or going on the economy. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. People wasted time driving quite a distance just to hear your medication is not ready or we can t find you in the system Who is overseeing this mess?! You all are putting people in an early grave! Your service is horrible! Get it together Buckley PHARMACY!
