This place is great. All the girls are nice, but I always go to see Bernadette. She's the best. I love her! She helps me pick a color when I'm not quite sure. And her skills are on point. Go see her!
Walked in and immediately everyone greeted us with kindness and smiles. Beautiful clean spa. Got a couples massage which both my husband and I enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and relaxing. Next we went into the hot tub which has three tubs ranging from coolest to hottest. Shower rooms have lockers which you can choose your own lock combo and the showers are amazing with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The minute I walked inside, I immediately felt relaxed. Such a calm ambiance. All of the staff friendly and helpful. The massage was incredible!!!

Their costumer service needs A LOT of improvement. I don t recommend this place to anybody. Very pricey and you don t get much for the money you pay. There are better Spas out there worth your money.

The Total Package
So today, 2/12/2021, the wife and I had a couples massage that I had set up over a month ago. This was for the wife's birthday and valentines day. A special treat for us with the romance package. This is the second time in 5 months we have done this. Both times there has been no hot water, when I say no hot water I mean it is coming out like ice it's so cold. So unable to go and do something else afterwords that we had planned because when it's below 10 degrees outside you don't want to take an ice cold shower. No mention that they would not have any hot water. Also, my massage therapist was really just rubbing one me and would not call it a massage. At no time did she ask if the pressure was good or bad. Which the person I see on a monthly basis she ask every time with no exceptions.
This is my spot for massages the hot tubes are the bomb you better book well in advance because they stay full.
