i like the hotel... because vry nice,comfortable, and good conditions...

i have attended and organised event at this hotel, the staff are really accommodating. food are suprisingly good. facilities are nice.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel before heading to Sepang for the race weekend.

We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms as they had a feel of the more expensive hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/toilet was top notch.
The hotel is located beside a mall, but there isn't much to see nor do in there.
Taxi fare to the next decent mall is around 16RM.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly as well. They made it convenient for us to find a cab and places where we can visit.

Overall, we recommend this hotel to those visiting KL. It's not the cheapest you can find but definitely worth every penny spent.

Great place to hold events.. variety of food to choose from...local and western cuisine are available...Good service of the staff members.

There's not much of crowd, easily accessible to Miharja LRT station and a Mamak restaurant adjacent to the lobby with great mee goreng.

Stay here for 5 night with its location pretty close to the HUKM. This is the type place we want to stay. Everything was perfect. The Room (Junior Suite) was comfortable and clean, unique and feels like home. My little baby really enjoyed it.

Spacious hotel room at an affordable price. Unfortunately the attached shopping mall is in a dilapidated state.

We two families stayed 4nights at the vivatel. The room that we stayed was big and so clean with all basic facilities and we got good price including breakfast.

Location is so convenient, you may find many local restaurants, malls, night food market etc.

The hotel is full computerised and lift works on the card system and after the checking out time, you can't you lift or even can't open your room, so strick with your checkout time or just inform the front office staff about it.

Cannot vouch for their service it was unsatisfactory. The hotel is located in a good location but the rooms are just adequate.
All in all, I would choose another hotel if I visit Malaysia again

The hotel is wothin a shopping mall. Its a reasonably good hotel. The food could improve further in term variety and taste. Coffee is really black all the time. Ample parking space in the basement.

Bad night, hotel with 4 stars and they give us a room with broken window, so all the night we can't sleep for the noise from the highway.

Room is clean and recently renovated. Facilities are well maintained. Hotel links directly to the Viva shopping mall. However, breakfast spread is very limited.

It's a nice, clean and affordable place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and helpful staff too. It's also attached to the mall so you can hangout. There's a number of eating place as well.

There is a sliding door separating the bathroom and the sleeping area.

Car parking is plentiful and free when staying.

PL check the room. The bathroom was a total disaster in my case..

Some interesting shops like FnC. Not many restaurants to choose from though. One of the better ones is Wasabi.

The hotel is attached to the Viva shopping mall. It's very easy to find and has plenty of entertainment around. Night life is quite lively too. A great place to stay if you intend to enjoy KL sightseeing since it's pretty near to most go-to tourists spots.

The room is tidy and responsive to our request. BUT my family lost her bra and underwear during our stay. I suggest to strengthen the safety of the hotel.
It is noisy due to room facing traffic.
