I had a lovely, pleasant stay at Vivatel Kuala Lumpar. All staff are friendly and welcoming. However, Qayyum, Sofi and George, have exceptional customer service. They helped w/taxi s and recommend places to go.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. House keeping is available until 2100. Room service is available until 0400 or 0500AM. Room come equipped w/dressing robes and slipper, complimentary tea and coffee, shower, shampoo, cream, toothbrush and paste, shaving razor and cotton buds.The shower is amazing. However, view from the room was poor & showed residential houses and shops, not in the greatest conditions. There is an outdoor pool which is refreshing and not too deep. There is a spa which is available at an additional cost, but only for men. Women can get a full body or foot massage. I personally didn t liked the full body massage (too painful) however, my sister loved it.

Our room was bed and breakfast. At breakfast very was a wide variety of different foods even rice and pasta dishes and drinks available. So loads of choice.

Hotel location is roughly 1 hour from the airport. But around 15 minute from main attractions like KL towers, Batu Caves & even the massive Lotto10 shopping mall. Next door to the hotel is a small shopping centre which has quite a few restaurants, starbucks, subway and homeware stores. Wasabi was an extremely good restaurant. There are also local shops nearby.

It's a 3-star hotel along Jalan Loke Yew attached to Viva Shopping Mall.

Very noisy. Has weird smell. Interior decoration is very mediocre. Seems very cheaply and hastily built. Any other large chain hotel is preferable. Does not deserve four star. Air conditioning does not work. Workers will lie to you about the settings and try to deny you a room change. Bedsheets have holes in them. Water supply is not consistent. Showers will overflow.

The hotel is big, clean ... but unfortunately the property is not good enough like a sofa ... ask for help in being replaced

Dont have much well known shopping stores. But if u want to have wedding reception at bizmillah, it is recommended for small invitation. Beautiful and delicious food

I'm just using the L3A restaurant in wedding dinner, nothing fancy to compliment, capture few looks okay food, the food not delicious but still eatable, the environment is normal, but the service is bad, especially the Indian waiter with specs are rude all the time, throwing the bowls and spoons, ignoring our order all the time, did not serve soup, even got some food thrown on our lab when cleaning the plates. Asked for 8 times to refill just one glass of wine. The audio speaker are too loud and voice are poorly broken.

Neat and clean rooms. Reception experience was good indeed. Food was awesome, you should try the fish head curry by Chef Ashar, its unbelievably tasty! Will be back again for next biz trip.

Went to Kechara Vegetarian Shop deco a Chinese Wedding Dinner. Looking for the place was easy. Not so cramp with customers. Can shop easily.

It is very good.hospitality is admirable.breakfast is Indian.but,in toilet,there should be hand-pressed shower.

Located in city centre. It is an old property and rooms are small. Breakfast is on the ground floor and you also get halal food here. But outside area of this hotel is very risky, especially during night time many theives are roaming around. Rooms are okay okay and needs to be well furnished again with proper ventilation and lighting. Breakfast starts at 6 am onwards.good hotel for budget or 3 star client.

Many years ago, it was very lively here. I heard that this is the place where new and old predecessors of MLM and money games meet, just like Longmen Inn, but things have changed, and now they are already heroes.

Good, nice room, nice food, nice hotel workers but hotel parking share with mall visitors. I have to park far from hotel entrance

booked 2 rooms for 1 weeks .. the rooms just nice . the cleaner not change my pillow sheets when i notice the stinks still have on my pillow. sounds of tv also worst and the remote tv not functions bcoz leg of battery.the staff services at cafe was very bad. not enough staff and some of them a rude i wont come again nextime..

Bad management. The hotel is open but it seems like I m in a ghost town. All lights are off. Walkway towards lift are dark. No air con at corridor walkway. Might as well don t open for operation. Restaurant also closed no dine in. Do not recommend.

It is situated in a very strategic location. There are 4 blocks of office towers right behind this Hotel.

Located along the highway but actually very near to central KL city via taxi/grab. And Ikea Cheras, Mytown Mall and Sunway Velocity is really close by.

The hotel is wierd. Mirror almost covered the whole room. If you need to open the freeze, you need to open a sliding wall which will expose the bathroom. Housekeeping done even when you are in the room sleeping.

There are many parking spaces, supermarkets, Chinese style and tea shops are cheap and good quality, there are also super delicious vegetarian restaurants and other restaurants such as Chaohong, Jinji Yunmen Noodles and other ...

The service was good. Wifi is a little bit on the lower side but if you are looking for a great place to just relax and explore, I would recommend this hotel

Comfortable,clean room. Got mini bar and hair dryer. Two shower heads with one detachable...made it easier to bathe my children. Connecting to a mall made it easier to get neccessities.tv channels are clear

The location is good, there is a fast train nearby and good food... The room is wide, the mattress is a bit soft... Everything else is good.

Vivatel is fully integrated with the shopping mall next door, Starbucks, Old Town Coffee.

The room is not small, the texture is good, the breakfast is also choice, Chinese, Western, Indian, salad bread, all above the standard.

If you are already very familiar with Kuala Lumpur, you are not on a business trip, you don t want to go shopping, you can go to the night market, and it s good to stay here.

About 10 yuan from the city (Arro Street, Twin Towers) (doubled at night).

Last time, please call the car to KLIA airport, the driver received 100, the counter received 50, (the airport called the car 80), for your reference.
