Stayed on platinum floor. Nice room, with good view of KL. Good breakfast. Pricey for KL when taxes and fees calculated but still worth it. No 4th floor, and room numbers don't end in a 4. Just so you know.

-Room is spacious ( the extra space could easily fit another king bed)
-Staff are friendly, efficient and have a pleasant attitude (Thank you to Lyana and hotel team for helping us with our requests from early check-in, to promptly fixing the flush issue, to late check-out. Thanks to a guy at the security room for assuring the safety of our car parked at the basement.)
-Complimentary parking for hotel guests

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Vivatel and will definitely return if we are going to Cheras again. :-)

Certainly have better choice to bring your family for a work if you managed to come here, because there are plenty mall around just within 5 minute of driving time, there is a rather prestige night club for wealthy gentlemen and not much ro explore

One of the worst hotels in Downtown Kuala Lumpur
Limited charging ports for your electronic devices,of those available, most of them support only single pin charging which is not ideal for Samsung & iPhone users along with Vivo or any other Chinese mobile company
Found a Cockroach in my bathroom the very next day
The food in the restaurant was bland & the mostly Malay & Chinese staff are dismissive of Indians
Rooms are crampy without much space to move around
No fans & the A/C is placed at a ridiculous angle

My wedding here was a disaster, a nightmare. 95% of what is promised was not fulfilled. Even my guests reservation were mixed up and i was late for my own wedding because we couldn t check in early as promised. Certainly no communication within their internal teams and definitely not respecting the couples. Everything was basically decided by them with what they have. I was assured ivory table cloth is enough for both cocktail session and my dinner table. I double confirmed but was given pink table cloth instead. And a mix of pink and ivory for the cocktail session. When questioned all kinds of excuses were given including the bride picked this herself . We were promised that they ll follow our theme and we get to choose the colour of the flower between pink and white. I mentioned pink doesn t fit as my theme is green and white. But it was decided by the hotel that pink it is and when we ask them to replace, we were ask to pay extra. Flowers given were not fresh and hydrangeas were dead. And not to mention the pathetic stand by the aisle and the complimentary invitation cards. Asked for a simple transparent bottle with a stalk of flower for guest table but i was given a green sponge instead paired with pink table cloth. My once in a lifetime dream wedding was a horrible nightmare thanks to Vivatel KL. If not for my own decor team who went all the way back to their office and bring whatever they can to save my wedding, it would have been worst. I m not quite sure what is up to my satisfaction means when we were forced to accept what was given. By highlighting these few main issues is enough to make me furious again.
