Good place to stay. Wifi is good. Affordable, staffs are very accomodating. Room service's good. I just want to suggest to have more foods in the menu, and the one taking order on the night shift was hard to talk to, maybe because they don't speak english well hope to improve that more.

Good clean room and nice service. Location is a bid unsafe at night. One of our group members was robbed at nearby coffee shop. It is attached to a mid size mall with only scattered shops. However is good enough for tourists to buy food and necessity.

It is a 4 stars rating boutique hotel in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. It is situated in a very strategic location. There are 4 blocks of office towers right behind this Hotel. The hotel has swimming pool and other facilities for the guests to enjoy. It has meeting rooms and hall for function or wedding reception. Its F&B outlets offer sumptuous meals for your stomach and a place for meeting your clients... Its Hotel rooms are nicely decorated with contemporary modern features...
Air conditioner not cool, ridiculous warm! Poor projector system, too dim and not focus! Food below average, portion too little and standard of food not presentable!

I am going to wedding event at Bizmilla Insya Hall. Located at viva home. Nice place and ample parking.
Had a room with rattling AC, leaking bidet and broken table. Didn't complain because it was a business trip and we didn't spent much time in the room anyway.
Housekeeping was also silly. Thy requested for my old towels when I requested for an extra one. Duh.
Cool bathroom thought,they have this sliding mirror,so you can see inside. Or outside if you wanna watch TV and all.
A new and "desinger-like" hotel that is connected to Viva Mall. The air conditioning is not cold. Breakfast is normal and decent but nothing special.

The room was very nice and comfortable.. The price also affordable for me.. Even it was my first time stay in this hotel but the service was very satisfied ..
This hotel can also personally comment on 2.5 stars, because there are swimming pools for most of the stars, the price is RM250, it is still possible in Kuala Lumpur, the location is not very convenient.

Center to many areas, easy to get around, ample parking, clean rooms, decent vlews, wide breakfast buffet, spa and amenities, courteous and friendly staff. Will help most to pick up the local accent very fast or you may not survive ;)
One the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur and beside it has shopping mall also has a great cheap coconut fruits that you can drink there after finishes water you may asked the man there to chop your coconut so you can eat the flesh of the coconut

Good hotel ballroom. Have the best dummy cake design trashing all 5 star hotel in KL. But parking at the mall are quite far but still ok.

great. great apartment. great breakfast. There is an attached mall for shopping and all kinds of meals. It is very easy to move from here to any tourist spot using the Grab.
The hotel has giant convention rooms. My room overlooked the Petronas Towers. I acknowledge!
We had a very nice stay in Vivatel, it is attached to Viva mall which is an added advantage, you can simply walk into and shop. Staffs are very polite and hi 5 for the cleanliness. Hotel also serves few Indian dishes like samosa, dal, roti & sambar. My 2 cents, it will be nice if there are few more additions to the Indian dishes. Overall, our stay was fantastic and a memorable one.
First time at this hotel. Beautiful scenic view from my floor at 12th. Breakfast soso as it's crowded with Chinese tourist.
Stayed for 3 night for my youngest daughter birthday party, Zaihan, from me as her father, I pray Allah will give us all for more better future then yesterday especially my families.
I asked for a relaxing Thai massage and i got one of the brutal remedial maasage i ever had... likely to have some bruising.. staff was talking to each other during the massage, while you try to relax. Big no no!
I also the room was so cold i was shivering at the end

The place is quite run down. Not value for money. Started there a few times a year for workshops, things feedback were not rectified. Eg. Toilet door falling apart, room's door won't shut properly.
The weather is hot. Remember to replenish the water (Tianzhonghu) Wang Laoji, Horseshoe Bamboo Cane & American Ginseng and Chrysanthemum Tea, drink a cup of sweetheart tea. . .
Shopping and have good food.

The hotel has a nice ambience. The rooms are relatively clean and I would call it sexy as there are mirror all over the room. There is free WiFi. Also, the breakfast is ok. The staff and front desk are helpful and polite. The water heating system is not working properly as it is consistently "rosak" across the rooms. You would get inconsistent cold water then all of the sudden you will get warm and then extremely hot water. Probably, the hotel might want to get the maintenance to fix the problem.
It was an overall oj experience. Breakfast was limited not much variety otherwise it's a good stay
Hotel room service terrible for the cleaning, go so many hotel, the only hotel reject help you take coffee when we have so much expensive item on table and already tell the reason. The answer of waiter is my job not included this and coffee is there. Super Terrible terrible terrible training.
