The hotel is new and we add a contemporary for this time ... The net is sweet and fast and everything is added ... and connected to the hotline of the hostel .. There is a cinema, Starbucks and Sibwe ... The electric train is very close and easy to get to anywhere

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the staff here was so friendly and helpful. Food quality was excellent up to it mark.

All house keeping staffs expecting guest to give tips everytime, when guest refused to give, immediately changed their attitude. When complain to the reception, they replied you this is malaysia culture. What ashamed Vivatel ! 2 person checked in twin bed room, one day only complementary 2 bottles mineral. When ask for more bottles, house keeping staff again ask for tip. 4 stars? I doubt.

The car on the road is too noisy, the hotel is too badly soundproofed.

The location is very good. It is close to there. It is beautiful to do gym and swimming pool. The room is just glass and not like it.

We went to Vivatel Kuala Lumpur as a family of 3 adults and one under 2 child, and we would say that the Executive Suite fits our family perfectly! The living room was spacious, giving plenty of space even after we add extra bed. We especially love the interior design of the whole unit - very relaxing and classy! And we enjoyed the 5th floor swimming pool, just beside the gym. Our toddler can stand at the kids swimming pool, so should be safe for toddler height. And, we definitely enjoyed the breakfast! The Chef was very friendly and managed to chat with a few people including us. We look forward to stay here again in the future!

The room is neat and clean, the facility also good, and thus hotel has various menu for breakfast. Vivatel is not hard to find, also near with MRT Station

If you are looking for a hotel in a limited budget, calm surrounding, much facilities and attractive buffet with a friendly staff, go Vivatel KL. Highly recommend their service including all above. You can have a nice shopping experience with attached Viva shopping Mall. Get the train from nearby Mihiraj Station. Have a fantastic hotel experience with Vivatel.

The Scent Of Air Freshener In The Lobby And Lift Is Too Strong And Cheap Smell. Very Unplesant

Stay there about 2 night. There is an outdoor pool for kids too. Outdoor gym is there. Mknn is ok, cool.

Stay was great but the restaurant took tooooooo long to even serve a dish during our seminar lunch break and therefore caused a lot of frustrations. Please up your system to protect your reputation

Good 4 star hotel but early check in and late check out is not permitted. Very good breakfast.

Not enjoyable. Air conditioning is not cold, thermostat does not work. Bathroom drain is slow and floods when taking a shower and the water temperature is very unstable.

Great hotel close to the towers. Only 12$ for a taxi to the towers.
