The airline itself is excellent, on board they are great. The only bad thing is that they lack human warmth in documentation. I took my two dogs and one of them planned to take her in the cabin. They did not allow me to take her, arguing that the measures of the pet carrier did not comply with those required. I understand that part very well. What seems wrong and inhumane to me is, what would have happened if it had not been possible for me to buy a conveyor? (By the way, luckily I got it, a store was closed) Since I got the carrier and I was able to document my two dogs, I asked the lady what she was doing now, was I going to have to pay for the carrier that did not accept me? And she replied that I can take her to the cabin. It turns out that if they had a bit of human sensitivity and warmth, it would have been possible to take my dog in the cabin. It didn't bother me that my dog was documented, it bothered me that he made me spend $ 3,500 pesos for a carrier that I shouldn't buy. They should treat their customers better, because we do them the favor, do not Viva Aerobus to us.

Arrived at 17.30 for our 18.45 flight on 26th Marc...

Arrived at 17.30 for our 18.45 flight on 26th March only to be told by airport staff that our flight had been cancelled for "operational reasons" and they had automatically rescheduled us to the March 29th flight. That's a 3 day delay!! No Viva staff in sight and no answer on the "customer service" line after 40 minutes of holding. No explanation, no apology for the inconvenience! We need to get home to our family and my wife has 2 job interviews she will miss. Only alternative is a 20 hour+ bus ride or take a bus to Mexico city and try get a flight from there!! Either way my wife will miss her appointments.

Absolutely disgusting. Zero stars!

They have small and very uncomfortable airplanes, some seats can not be declined and the turbulence is felt a lot. And the food and drinks are sold to you, and very expensive, and with delays followed for departures or arrivals. It looks like a guajolojet.

Forced tondeal with an exceptionally rude counter person yesterday morning. After being delayed by other factors and spending over 48 hours either in airports or in the air for what should've been much less, my 11 year old daughter and I were informed that our cat carriers were the wrong kind. I explained that her staff had told.me it was fine hours before, she went on to rudely lecture me on replying on other people for information instead of myself. She refused to ask her staff if any of them knew of these carriers were available in the airport! She again went off on me for relying in others help. We were at the Mexico city airport and my Spanish isn't wonderful, especially after 48 hours without sleep and very little food. The airline also put another passengers 11 year old daughter with developmental difficulties sitting alone on the aircraft far away from where any other family.member was sitting! I had a horrendous experience with this company and will NEVER fly with them again. Others have shared similar stories with me too!

So far without problems I have traveled 6 times with them in the last month 2 times from Guadalajara to CDMX and one from Guadalajara to Los Angeles and I must say that I have not had any problem. Of course I pay the extra to be able to choose my seats and be able to board and check in first (they are like $ 200 or $ 300) And the truth is worth it, at least for me that I do not like to wait or make a long line.

If they sell food on the flight, but good is a low-cost airline and that's why they do it. But I do not see any problem.

Poor attention and lack of commitment to passengers. Flights are delayed very frequently for up to 12 hours or more, and they charge a lot for the hold baggage.
I will never fly again on that airline and I do not recommend it.

The seats are uncomfortable and very tight and on board service they have a menu with extra cost.
