Really terrible service , acting rude to all the passengers seems like we owe him a lot. Refuse to let all the family check in at same time and ask us to separate counter due to stupid reason. Please consider special training for this staff. Thanks

Many hidden costs !!!! Airport "Service" costs are barely seen when checking in. Web check-in is only possible with choosing seats (more costs for sure !!! And if one uses the counter for sure it costs extra !!!).

Horrible experience. This Wednesday were destined to travel to Puerto Escondido. They cancelled our flight without letting me know. We got to the check in area only to find the line about 2-3 business down from where they re located at the airport. After 25 mins of being in the line with my 2 kids, ages 1&3, with all of our luggage and a stroller we were told that the flight was cancelled. Then the lady at the counter said I had to go to sales since she wasn t able to provide options. This in turn took another 15 mins for the lady to give us a bogus option. She said Friday would be the soonest?!?! What the?! It s Wednesday afternoon I m not made of money. This airline and the way they do business is awful. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. Beware.

Staff is very inattentive and slow in flight process

As a Mexican, I apologise to every foreigner who's had the misfortune of flying with this sorry excuse of an airline. I have yet to buy a flight with them (always my LAST option) that has not been overbooked, delayed, and my trips ruined. They weasel you into fees and weasel out of compensation. They will be late, rude, slimy and incompetent. If the bus is less than 2 times the time, take it, these clowns don't deserve our money.

They are very patient and Super friendly, I really liked the way they treated me.

The worst place to travel, the staff is super rude, they yell at you and do not solve anything, the airline does not respect the compensation they must give, the staff is not trained not to give literal reports they tell you that they will not do anything and that you do as you like.

Do not fly with them. This airline is a scam, they change the flight time without notice so you miss your flight and you have to buy another ticket. I bought a ticket for the next day and they announced a 1 hour delay that turned into a 3 hour delay. Stay away from them!!!

On yesterday (08/29/2019) I had a reservation on flight # 1051, from CUU / MEX 04:55 PM and had a delay of more than 2 hours. We do not receive any compensation, as established by law.

Terrible! You have to wait 40 minutes for the bands to activate and collect luggage. It is cheap, very cheap but the ground service is very slow. Waters with connections, my flight was delayed 2 hours!
