Pros.... they do have a nice planes.

Cons... The employees have a terrible attitude! They lost our luggage both ways and there wasn t even a stop in between! And then I had to go back to the airport to see if my luggage was there because I could never get them on the phone and it was there and it had been there the whole day and they never even called to let us know.

I fly a lot, and I do know that sometimes with short layovers that your bag can be left behind but for Pete sake even get in there two hours early and still couldn t get the bag on the plane with us! I think this airline hasn t figured out a way to charge it for the air you breathe inside the plane because they won t even give you a glass of water without a fee.

So as long as you re carrying on your luggage and you aren t going to miss a glass of water this is your airline. If you re looking for a little bit of customer service and a few little amenities like the bare minimum your bag getting there with you..... you might consider another airline.

DO NOT LIVE AEROBUS LIVE; I would give them a 0 or nothing if I could qualify, an ominous service and little or no information about the luggage that could be taken documented, they made me leave a suitcase in which I only carried candy in it, since according to them it is not in their policies Take these items, throwing the ball between them a huge depotism. They are always changing their policies, for example, when you select the trip, they confuse the selection of luggage when you do not select luggage, you must select an option, implying that you do not have the right to carry luggage, if more than one person is assigned the baggage. without cost you get it very separated and therefore you have to select acientos with an extra charge. When you select a payment method and use a debit or credit card (except for scotia-vivaaerobus), they charge you an extra fee. Your advertising is misleading with regard to the prices offered and what you actually pay. Even so it is a cheap line, and once you have solved all these procedures it is the best option. You have to be careful in what you select why the cost can rise and in the end you do not get any extra benefit.

The attitude of the staff at the time of documenting was too pushy. For 2 centimeters more in the size of my carry-on, unfortunately they made me document it as untimely. Curiously, at the counter they did not comment on anything and everything seemed fine, until boarding. The flights do not maintain the protocols mentioned in their advertising since the plane is completely full and without additional hygiene safety measures, compared to interjet that maintains a space between seats on its flights.

The main advantage that this airline has is the price, in my experience, it is one of the cheapest, however, I think they lack organization, because the check-in process is very slow, and the application does not always work to do it.
In addition, on flights back to Mexico City, I have had the experience that the airline staff is late to check in, and above all, they serve those in the express line first, delaying those in line more regular.
For boarding, the information regarding the boarding rooms is often confusing :(
On the other hand, they should take their precautions because not even water is served on the flight, and if you want to buy it it is very expensive and they only accept credit cards.

Very bad attention, before you get on the plane your handbags weigh you. The same according to them weighed 1kilo 700 and they charged me 400 pesos of luggage. In addition to this they had no necessary surcharges and we waited almost 2 hours for one to arrive because the number of passengers exceeded and could not take off. When you fly in aerobus you do it because it is undoubtedly the cheapest airline in Mexico, however you have to be willing to sacrifice several things including the bad treatment of the employees at the counter, the bad organization at the time of boarding, the continuous delays, limited space between seats and overselling of flights among many other things. However, for trips of no more than two hours, sometimes it is worth it, since it can be up to 2/3 cheaper than other airlines.
