And then I had to go back to the airport to see if my luggage was there because I could never get them on the phone and it was there and it had been there the whole day and they never even called to let us know.
I fly a lot, and I do know that sometimes with short layovers that your bag can be left behind but for Pete sake even get in there two hours early and still couldn t get the bag on the plane with us! I think this airline hasn t figured out a way to charge it for the air you breathe inside the plane because they won t even give you a glass of water without a fee.
So as long as you re carrying on your luggage and you aren t going to miss a glass of water this is your airline. If you re looking for a little bit of customer service and a few little amenities like the bare minimum your bag getting there with you..... you might consider another airline.
