I ordered a crib online that uses vitran transport and first day they call me they had little information of the purchased item at their warehouse and of me. Vitran and I made an appointment for me to be present at the house to receive the product that was suppose to be delivered between 8-10 am. I called them at 11am the day of delivery and they said they couldn't find the product in the warehouse. They said they would call me back once they find it. Needless to say they never called back, same as when the item was suppose to be delivered between 8-10 am you would think to call the customer.
They had me on file to deliver the product but well.... couldn't find my product.
Once again we spoke and made another appointment for the week ahead and here I am. Waiting for my crib. The appointment made by Angie and customer service agents are not liking their job and can't handle the capacity of the work given to them. To continue the delivery was suppose to be here NOW between 8m and 12pm and guess what. The driver called. Just to deliver bad news that he won't be here until the afternoon. Really people ?? How are these imbeciles working at all??
No regard for customers and or the essence of time management and delivery services. Seems like a bunch of hot head shoe makers got together and said hey, I have am idea. Let's start a company we know nothing about.
