Terrible customer service. Had a scheduled deliver...

Terrible customer service. Had a scheduled delivery into house I am moving into between 12-2pm. Called 2 hours prior to confirm some details and wasn't informed of any issues. Took half day off work to be there and at 1:30pm called to check in and was told my delivery wouldn't be there until after 5! The only other availability I had was on the weekend and they refused to deliver on the weekend because it would cost them extra despite the issue on their end.... left a voicemail with a manager and got no response.
