My family and I had tickets to one of Vital Theatre Company's productions and got stuck in epic NYC traffic on the way to the show, causing us to miss the entire thing. My daughter was so disappointed, I contacted Vital Theatre to see if they would be willing to do anything to help. I thought it was a long show, but to my amazement, they responded right away and offered to find us tickets at another upcoming performance. This is the type of customer service that makes it easy to want to support them. Highly recommend!
This theater puts on such a good show! Took my girls ages 10 & 9 to see the Frankenstein show and we all loved it. The songs are super catchy and fun and the acting is very above par. Very impressed and we had a blast. We will be back!!

My family and I saw "TWINKLE TAMES A DRAGON THE MUSICAL". The staff was extremely warm and very dedicated to their craft and also the audience. We really felt everybody went above and beyond. They even hand crafted magic wands to hand out to the kids. My son was absolutely thrilled and we all had a wonderful time. Congrats to the staff.
