My family and I had tickets to one of Vital Theatre Company's productions and got stuck in epic NYC traffic on the way to the show, causing us to miss the entire thing. My daughter was so disappointed, I contacted Vital Theatre to see if they would be willing to do anything to help. I thought it was a long show, but to my amazement, they responded right away and offered to find us tickets at another upcoming performance. This is the type of customer service that makes it easy to want to support them. Highly recommend!
