I have never worked with so many friendly and professional individuals. Vital Image was such a joy to work with throughout my entire wedding. Each question and concern was answered with understanding and patience. I can't imagine how my wedding day would be without them. I am looking forward to starting a family soon so I can have another opportunity to work with Vital Image again.

Vital image did an exceptional job with my fiance and I during our photo shoot. We felt totally comfortable and really had an amazing time. The location Rich brought us to captured our personalities perfectly. We were able to see a few of our images and let me tell you, vital image knows what they are doing! All of them looked fantastic! Highly satisfied with the whole experience.

Vital Image was great to work with! Tasha was our point of contact. She was very responsive to emails and questions. She also was very accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes. Seth and Ray were our photographers. Both were very professional and had great ideas. They also adapted to my requests and were very flexible. If I wanted to go quickly through some photos they made sure to get those photos done timely. Additionally, Seth made some great suggestions for some more artistic photos. He has great ideas! Ray is calm and relaxed which was great since I was naturally stressed. Very happy we had them for photography. Adam was our videographer. He was quiet but I could tell he was getting very good footage. I m excited to see the final product! Larry was our officiant. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Anthony was our DJ. He has great energy and even made sure to triple check my processional song as I was worried because there are a lot of variations. He played all our must have songs and the dance floor stayed packed for most of the night! I m still getting compliments about our good DJ. I highly recommend Vital Image. They all are professional and courteous. Additionally, having so many vendors within the same company was extremely convenient. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. Seriously everything was perfect and our day would not have been complete without Vital Image running the show!! I had zero fears going in to the day because of how amazing and responsive the staff had been from the start and I couldn t have asked for anything more. I am not exaggerating, everyone was asking who our photographer was and commenting on how amazing he was, and we haven t even seen a single picture yet!! (We just got married two days ago, it's not because they're slow, it's because I couldn't wait to write this review!) That was all strictly based on Rich s amazing personality and ability to get people to cooperate. I don't even need to see the pictures because from the sneak peeks Rich, Nick, and our Videographer showed me on the day of I know they are going to be amazing. I could go on and on but I m still sure I d feel like it wasn t enough praise!! Honestly, there is no question, you should hire Vital Image. They are now our photographer, videographer and DJ's for life.

I worked as the DJ and Emcee at the wedding of Josh and Kerry. Kevin and his assistant form Vital Image performed videography services and were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were real pros and knew what they were doing. They were able to tap into my equipment and record clean audio for the ceremony, speeches, and other moments. Beyond that they offered lots of special services, and clearly had the right equipment and experience. I work with lots of wedding vendors and can absolutely say, I d recommend these guys and would love to work with them again. Great job!

Vital Image DJ'd our wedding in early September, and they did a wonderful job! They were flexible with my last minute changes, to move our first dance outside, and he quickly moved his second set up. They played great music too! There was never a point in time that nobody was on the dance floor. I definitely recommend!

Rich was an amazing photographer, very involved and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Carl, our DJ was awesome. Had us out on the dance floor the whole time. Very happy with our decision to hire them.

I had full intentions of writing a bad review of Vital Image after I was told my Officiant + DJ were no longer with the company TWO WEEKS before my wedding. Rest assured, Rich Henry, owner of Vital Image, reached out to me and more than made up for it. He spent the time to go over all my correspondences with my previous Officiant and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. He even made it a point to be there for the Rehearsal when I originally wasn t going to have my Officiant there. I was so impressed with him and his knowledge and ability to delegate and coordinate with my wedding party, wedding coordinator, photographer and DJ. He also made an effort to make sure I felt I was getting my money s worth regardless of all the chaos. Though I don t wish what happened to me on any Bride, I am happy to leave this 5 star review to Rich and the Vital Image team for making sure I was taken care of. My big day went perfectly thanks to their help!

The worst planner I have dealt with. This weekend I was a bridesmaid for my wonderful friend Jackie. She hired Emma to be her wedding planner she even got the most expensive package to make her dreams a reality. The day before the wedding Emma was late 1.5 hours. She left at 8pm even though she knew the venue was not even 20% done being decorated. Then the day of the wedding shows up at 12!! Even after we called her and asked her to be there earlier. But according to her "that wasn't in the schedule" a wedding planner does not get payed hourly and if the bride needs you there you need to be there. Her other excuse was that she had a life other than doing her job. She showed up and still didn't do anything but spent the next 6 hours putting names on keys. Which she got wrong and put the wrong plate on them as well. Jackie was panicking and had so much stress she had to hire another wedding planner the day of her wedding!! Even after voicing our concerns she continued to say setting up wasn't her "job" and that if we needed her to stay later to help clean up she would need to be payed extra. I really hope Jackie gets a refund because Emma was a nightmare.

Extremely happy with Vital Image! Emma helped us with all of our needs throughout the entire engagement. Nicholas was a dream come true as our photographer. He was detailed oriented so we had an exact plan heading into the wedding, he knew my style and had poses ready for us, and he continually checked to see if there was anything I needed. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and he took amazing photos. We also had our DJ, Diego, through Vital Image and he was great! He played the perfect variety of songs and lead through our activities with enthusiasm that kept the crowd going. I highly recommend Vital Image for all your wedding needs!

We got married on July 3, 2016 and Trish and her team were awesome!!! We had Trish shoot our Engagement Photos and we loved her job that we made sure we had her reserved for our wedding day. She was awesome to work with and had us laughing the whole time. She was like our wedding planner the day of our wedding and made sure that everything ran smooth with no hiccups. We received the photos and they are amazing!!! Even our guests loved Trish that they continue to ask for her business card/information because they want to use her for any future events.

Had a dance team photoshoot at this studio. The photographers were fun, polite, engaging and professional. The sets were diverse, unique and fun! The dance team had so much fun while bonding over the whole event, and we felt very welcomed and accepted. (The cat on site was also a plus ) Thanks Vital Image for giving us a great time!

Absolutely amazing experience and photos! I was part of a dance team photo shoot and we had an entire team of photographers shooting us. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable about directing the models and worked great as a team. Vital Image is top notch!

10,000% would recommend. Ashley was FANTASTIC! The chemestry between her and Melody was phenomenal. My now wife and I loved the mix Ashley brought to the table of fun bubble and "mom mode" that she put into effect. Corralling the bridal party while keeping things fun and goofy. Expert knowledge of order of events. She kept the ball rolling as well as the laughter rolling as well. THIS WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Truly a vendor that can do it all. Tom Smith photographed our wedding and I cannot say enough good things about him. His relaxed and professional attitude kept what could have been a stressful day, fun and entertaining. Oh and the pictures are beautiful! Brandon Rivera DJ'd and he nailed it. From helping us plan our playlist and locating hard-to-find songs, to making sure we were on schedule for all of the events throughout the evening. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with Rich and Vital Image. They did our engagement and wedding photos. Rich also made sure everything went smoothly at our wedding and coordinated with the other venders. I was very happy with the result. They are a bit slow with getting the photos back, but it was well worth the $ and the wait.

I am getting married in Dec and we just had our engagement pictures taken with them. I typically am not huge on being in pictures, especially for photo shoots. I can honestly say I had a lot of fun with them and my fiance taking them. Beyond that they were very patient with me as I am easily distracted, they new just what to do to get a great picture of us. I can't imagine that it could have gone any better and I cannot wait for our wedding day with them too!

Was having trouble finding where to enter my playlist at and Emma was wonderful in helping me by walking me through each step. Can't wait to have you guy's DJ our wedding!!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Orlando as our DJ. He kept the good music flowing, and the dance floor was remarkably full all night. Highly recommend his services!

Bill was our MC and DJ for our outdoor ceremony and barn venue reception on 10-7-16.

Bill was extremely polite profession and informed. He contacted us a few weeks before the wedding to get us back on track with selecting our music ahead of time. Having the music situation sorted out ahead of time was a huge stress relief and I m so grateful that he stayed in communication with us. He even let us know where we had missed imputing information which was much appreciated because I almost forgot to select the father daughter dance! Vital image uses this awesome software where you have a personal sign on profile and you list all your music selections for the day of. You get to list your must play, play if you have time, do NOT play and all your special songs for cake cutting first dance grand march etc. The song data base they have had almost every single song we wanted to have played, alloud you to listen to a preview of the song and gave you the top songs for everything you needed for your wedding. All the resources included in the profile were so beneficial,It seriously made selecting our music a piece of cake.

I am so appreciative for Bills attention to detail. Our ceremony, dinner and cocktail music was defiantly an added task for Bill. Out of the 35 something songs 12 were instrumental versions, our first dance was a song no one had heard of and we had hoped for a very selective genre of songs during dinner and cocktails. Though our music profile we were able to list any songs we couldn t find and left details when we wanted it played. Bill then used our meticulous notes and selections and went to work and hunted and downloaded each song to their song list so he had them in time to play just for our wedding.

As a bride, you don t get to hear the seating music or see your family and friends walk before you. But the feelings I had as I walked down the aisle were unforgettable due to the power of the music that was played and this was thanks to Bill. As the rest of the night unfolded I was ecstatic while each song of my dreams was being playing in the background. Bill followed through on every little detail and request we had that night. Thank you Bill, for all the hard work and being so accommodating.

While our event is still months away, I've found my experience with Tasha and Rich have been top notch as we plan for our daughter's wedding in Nov. 19. They've been very easy to work with, provided great suggestions, are knowledgeable of the venue, and their prices are extremely competitive.

We worked with Kevin, who sat with us for hours refining our video to the vision we liked. We would highly recommend vital image.

My husband and I got married on Saturday and had Vital Image for our photographer, videographer, and DJ. They did an amazing job! It was so smooth and easy having all of them from the same company. They worked together so well. Bonnie and Mark did a wonderful job making sure to get the photos and videos we wanted.....even with my checklist :) Rick was our DJ and he did a great job as well. Our dance floor was packed all night long! He also followed our directions to a tee! We told him guests could request songs, but he did not have to play them if he though the party would die, and he did just that! Thank you Vital Image for making it so easy to hire so many services in one location!!! We can't wait to see all the photos and video footage! Tasha was amazing to work with as well. She handles all the coordinating and behind the scene work, but deserves a thank as much as all of the ones who were with us that day! She is extremely prompt with responses and easy to work with. Our day would not have been possible without her as well!

Can't say enough great things about Rich and Kevin!!!! I just had my wedding this past Saturday and it went so smooth and was so much fun thanks to them. They had my wedding party and guests laughing the entire day! Rich thought of so many unique things to do and cool photo opportunities that my guests are still talking about it all! ! !
As a stressed out bride, I really appreciated Rich's patience with me and his ability to calm me down and see the big picture. I got a photographer and therapist in one ! !

Rich not only acted as my photographer, but my wedding coordinator as well. He sat down with me to create the timeline and figured out ways to make my visions become reality. DJs Chris and Dave handled my wedding this month and they did an INCREDIBLE job!! They really know how to read and play off a room full of people. They played everything we wanted and were flexible with requests. They were able to help make the entire day very special. They were communicative, professional and fun!

We used Vital Image as our photographer, and I am so glad we did. I worked with Tasha to coordinate everything, and then Nicholas Hoffman was our lead photographer. I've seen the previews, and so far, the pictures turned out absolutely beautiful (still waiting to see all pictures from the day of, can't wait!!). Everyone from Vital Image was really professional. Nick was really easy going, and helpful with respect to directing us for poses, facial expressions etc. He also has a really good eye for some unique shots - not just of people, but of the scenery, venue, accessories etc. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
