Redden Gardens - Dover, NH. Due to corporate mismanagement, the location I was assigned to had insufficient maintenance budget to maintain the complex that was built in the 1970's. 4-5 years of deferred maintenance has left the complex delapatated. Every apartment has asbestos sheetrock, asbestos VCT tile, and asbestos popcorn ceiling. In all apartments, holes in the asbestos sheetrock are exposing tenants and employees to friable asbestos. In all apartments, asbestos popcorn ceiling texture is crumbling and falling down into the carpet and exposing tenants and employees to friable asbestos in the air. In many apartments, the asbestos VCT tile is cracked and broken exposing tenants and employees to friable asbestos in the air. When these issues were brought to the attention of corporate, they only were interested in making repairs to improve curb appeal....planting flowers and painting fences....etc. They had no concern for the low income families of women and children who are being exposed to cancer causing asbestos in their homes. There are 150 units in this complex, and they have 40-50 tenant move outs annually. That is aproximatly 1/3 total turn over annually. Think twice before you live or work here.

Do not apply to work or live in the Rhode Island locations... They don't pay out the money that is owed to you and the Johnston, RI location (Park Plaza) has alot of mold and sewer issues. KEEP AWAY!!!

My grandmother is a resident at on of their Missouri properties. They have lost 2 checks I have written to them in the last 3 months for her meals in there cafeteria and claim they have no idea what happened to them at all. I spoke with Jessica, who was extremely rude and condescending about why these checks went missing and essentially I was accused of being a liar and having never dropped them in their drop box. She stated the first one she had no idea about because it was "before she started working there" but was conveniently shortly after she had to take leave for a family emergency, and the second one she could not answer for because it "wasn't in the box". She laughed when I said I would be contacting corporate and said "okay" with an attitude that seemed more fitting on a 14 year old girl than a grown woman. We have placed a call to their corporate office and will also be contacting the housing association and BBB to report this as well. All of the beautification on the building cannot change and hide the ugliness running the operations.

My father is a current resident. This company is violating multiple housing laws, disability laws, and veteran's laws. Expect dual leases; One approved by housing the next is not approved between you and preservation management without the knowledge of housing. They will use this illegal lease to violate your rights, harass and evict you; even when you are dying. Good luck to anyone who rents from these people.

Most confusing automated phone service, ever! I tried to reach an employee and got hung up 4 times trying to enter information then blocked! You should have a user friendly answering system because it makes you look like you don't want calls from tenants, etc.... BE KIND!
