The worst planner I have dealt with. This weekend I was a bridesmaid for my wonderful friend Jackie. She hired Emma to be her wedding planner she even got the most expensive package to make her dreams a reality. The day before the wedding Emma was late 1.5 hours. She left at 8pm even though she knew the venue was not even 20% done being decorated. Then the day of the wedding shows up at 12!! Even after we called her and asked her to be there earlier. But according to her "that wasn't in the schedule" a wedding planner does not get payed hourly and if the bride needs you there you need to be there. Her other excuse was that she had a life other than doing her job. She showed up and still didn't do anything but spent the next 6 hours putting names on keys. Which she got wrong and put the wrong plate on them as well. Jackie was panicking and had so much stress she had to hire another wedding planner the day of her wedding!! Even after voicing our concerns she continued to say setting up wasn't her "job" and that if we needed her to stay later to help clean up she would need to be payed extra. I really hope Jackie gets a refund because Emma was a nightmare.
