Excellent service. Very professional. You get what you pay for, they do amazing cuts and color. You'll walk out looking like a movie star!

Tried to go in here to make an appointment for myself to get a rather expensive hair appointment done on top of trying to get a round about price to get everything done as a gift for a friend. Had $600 in my pocket ready to go and the lady at the front desk kept telling me to go to the website everytime I asked a question. Had plenty of time to be on the phone and chat with her coworkers, but couldn't give me 5 minutes. I guess don't go in unless you look like the kind of person who has money to spend. She brushed me off like I was nothing even when I went back in to give her a second chance and explained why I needed 5 minutes. Her answer was, did you look at the website.

I especially love Kelly Nichols! She is a fabulous hairdresser. I'll never go anywhere else.

What an amazing atmosphere! It is beautiful! Very clean! The staff is wonderful! My daughter had her hair done my Samantha. She is very down to earth, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I can not thank her enough for helping my daughter.

Mark and his team spent almost 5 hours giving my hair an overhaul, a Do-Over, to fix mistakes from a previous hair salon. I felt like my hair had been to a gourmet dinner after all the clarifying, new color, high and low lights, treatments, conditioning, and something called a milkshake. I felt quite pampered and enjoyed the Rondeo Drive experience. Mark is a master of art and design and orchestrated a beautiful new creation. I am thrilled with my new hair! I will never go elsewhere.

Everyone is friendly, I love how Chirty cuts me very well, I paint the stick very well thanks and the one who gives the facial starts his name with Denille. Many thanks to the receptionist, they are excellent Visual Changes

Kelly was able to give me exactly what I wanted with little direction. Her cut and layer work emphasized all my curls just like I wanted. You can tell she is good at what she does. I will be a return customer!

I've been a customer of visual changes for several years now and the stylists and atmosphere is fabulous! The owner Mark does my hair and he is the best in my opinion. My hair has never looked so good. Along with having my hair done I also use their other services. all the employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, a great place to spend an afternoon!!!

Not only did I not get what I wanted but the whole service felt like a visit to the torture chair. The stylist was extremely rough even though I asked him to ease up. I requested caramel balayage and received blonde highlights. The things that got them the 2 stars were the trim and pleasant hair rinse. The place is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing but it s definitely not worth your money.

My stylist is Laura Acerro, and she has surpassed any other stylist I have ever been too. I got very curly hair and she do an amazing job straighten it. So If you are looking for hair cuts, hair color, hair anything, go here! Staff is professional, experienced, and friendly.

Kelly is the best stylist. Not easy to trust someone to give you an awesome pixie cut but I trust her every month and I'm never disappointed.

Fabulous Salon Rachel is my stylist and I love my hair everytime I'm finished. Also they have a very Friendly comfortable environment.

Called to make an appointment and spoke with Krysta. She Mentioned that I would have to go in different days one for a consultation and another for the actual color service with a $100.00 deposit!!! I travel for work and have been to various different salons....this was a first!! No thank you! I rather drive a few miles and go to Ochoa S Hadley

The first time I walked into Visual Changes I noticed how clean and beautiful the salon was. The staff was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable. I absolutely love my hair dresser Tammy. She does an amazing job with both cut and color! I leave super happy every single time.

I also highly recommend the products they use. I have noticed a major difference in hair growth and strength.

Not only do they go above and beyond to make you feel special but you really come out looking like you were at a top NYC hair salon. Prior to meeting Mark and his team I had been searching for years after losing my stylist in CT due to a move out of state. I was fortunate to have a friend refer me to Visual changes. Take my referral...the only disappointment you will have is you hadn t gone sooner.

The salon is really trendy. It feels like you are getting your hair done in NYC. I love the stylist Amber LaBorde. I recently had pink highlights and some long layers put in my hair. It was the perfect shade of pink for just a bit of spunk but still appropriate for the office. My hair always looks good do to the cut, completely a wash and wear style. It looks great styled too! I received soo many compliments. Amber really listens to what you are looking for and has great recommendations.

I've been coming to this salon faithfully for over a year and am disgusted with the level of service being provided. I bought products that were expired and was overcharged for a purchase when I gave specific instructions to Lisa R to use two cards for one purchase. Instead she charged one account three times. Lisa never apologized for her mistake and when returning to the salon for a different visit she was trying to provoke a fight right in front of other customers. I expressed my concerns to management and NOTHING was done. Then I tell the manager what happened and she says "maybe this isn't the right salon for you" REALLY?????? You just lost a faithful customer. Get rid of Lisa R. at the front desk and just maybe ill reconsider. If you want a business to value you as a customer you will not get that here. Beware.
