I've been coming to this salon faithfully for over a year and am disgusted with the level of service being provided. I bought products that were expired and was overcharged for a purchase when I gave specific instructions to Lisa R to use two cards for one purchase. Instead she charged one account three times. Lisa never apologized for her mistake and when returning to the salon for a different visit she was trying to provoke a fight right in front of other customers. I expressed my concerns to management and NOTHING was done. Then I tell the manager what happened and she says "maybe this isn't the right salon for you" REALLY?????? You just lost a faithful customer. Get rid of Lisa R. at the front desk and just maybe ill reconsider. If you want a business to value you as a customer you will not get that here. Beware.
