Mark and his team spent almost 5 hours giving my hair an overhaul, a Do-Over, to fix mistakes from a previous hair salon. I felt like my hair had been to a gourmet dinner after all the clarifying, new color, high and low lights, treatments, conditioning, and something called a milkshake. I felt quite pampered and enjoyed the Rondeo Drive experience. Mark is a master of art and design and orchestrated a beautiful new creation. I am thrilled with my new hair! I will never go elsewhere.
