I can t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with VA. We got an immediate response when we called, and all of the caregivers were awesome, treated Dad will compassion and respect. Highly recommend

Thank you to Angela and her team for helping us out. They responded quickly and we were hoping to use their assistance for a bit longer but unfortunately our Dad is now in the hospital. They interacted well with all of us and adjusted to a new situation quickly. Thank you again!

The caregivers have all been exceptional. Well versed in their roles and flexible in dealing with the client. The company has been very supportive in getting care into our home as well as adapting to our changing needs. Could not be happier that I chase VA.

I have been working with the visiting Angels for four months now and have never found work more rewarding than this.. I help people to live at home independently the people I work with at their homes are grateful. Also I got extensive training before I went to work and the office staff has been extremely professional and helpful! I love to leave the clients with a smile!

I contacted Visiting Angels while my husband was in the hospital and I anticipated needing help with his home care and transportation to and from dialysis and chemotherapy after discharge. As things turned out, he was admitted to home hospice shortly after returning home and I didn't have the opportunity to experience services. I am writing this review because I was so impressed with the kind and professional treatment I received during phone conversations with Visiting Angels staff, and I would definitely call on them and recommend them to others in the future.

I have the utmost respect and pride in recommending visiting angels of Auburn to others. My Mom who is 88 yrs old struggles with her daily living activities because she has Parkinson Disease. Visiting Angels found us a private "angel" whom in my book wears her "halo" proudly.
The VA management team supplied us with a perfect match. This
chosen angel/professional has been a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, very confident, courteous and most important caring. Everyday in every way she demonstrates that she is a true professional and it's not just "her job" . She truly cares about the family unit as a whole
and helps keep our family unit together at the home of her daughter who couldn't live without their assistance/services. The V.A. office staff, and the management are very responsive and do an excellent job. They are always there to listen and assist in anyway they can. We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful organization in such time of need! Thank you Visiting Angels your worth is immeasurable!

Well, it has taken awhile for me to write this review but better late than never! The folks at Visiting Angels in Nashua New Hampshire took care of my wifes' aunt and uncle for a long period of time. Since they had no children of their own, my wife and I would help out as much as possible. Visiting Angels assisted our Aunt as she was the only care giver and I will add was in her later 80's, taking care of her husband of over 60 years. Visiting Angels were there for her everytime she needed extra help and occasionally needed a break. Long story shorter, our Aunt passed away before our Uncle. We live two hours away. Visiting Angels were fabulous. Every time we needed help, they were there. When the time came, they were even willing to stay with our uncle 24/7. Visiting Angels, in my opinion went above and beyond our expectations, I would highly recommend Visiting Angels for any assistance a person could need for in home help.. The management staff and caregivers are everything you would want for your loved ones. For me, I get satisfaction from knowing I made a difference in someone's day. To see smiles on a client's face as I'm finishing my shift is all I need. Every client feels like it could have been my mom or dad that needed extra help to maintain their independence and stay in their home. I find joy in every shift.

I have worked with Visiting Angels for 3 years all of the staff are awesome, it's a good place to work, they're flexible with my schedule and I work wonderful clients. If you are looking for a place to work where you make a difference in someone's life then Visiting Angels is a plce to work.

I have been employed by Visiting Angels for 4 years. The Auburn Office has provided me with training, support, and recognition. The staff goes out of their way to connect you with clients they believe to be a good fit. It is the most rewarding job to help make someone's day a little brighter.

I love working for Visiting Angels. I come from a big company where it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. The Angels provide consistent twice daily care for our Mom. We have specific set of caregivers who bring kindness and the ability to support mom's independence while addressing her needs which can vary from day to day. We feel very fortunate to have the Angels!

Santa is a wonderful caregiver. My husband really enjoys her company and loves the food she cooks for him. She is very efficient and caring and I feel that my husband is in good hands when I am out. She also leaves the house spic and span.

I'm a Visiting Angel. I decided to join the company to help others who want to stay in the home to keep their independence and peace of mind for the family. During my time with the company thus far has been a great one. I truly enjoy getting to know the clients and their families. We all are truly a team striving for the same goal. Visiting Angels took care of my mom 24/7 for several months. The wonderful care and compassion everyone from this agency showed allowed mom to stay in her home for hospice. Although they're not a hospice agency, they stepped up to the plate when it came to mom's wishes. They made it possible for mom to pass at home.

From cooking, cleaning, laundry and attending to her personal care, they exceeded my expectations.

Our caregiver from Visiting Angel has been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, hard working and my husband enjoys having his company and assistance in the mornings. They go on outings in addition and this gives my husband something to look forward to during the week.

Our experience with Visiting Angels has been a very positive one. From the initial meeting with our case manager we felt like we had found the right help for my husband. Our Angel is a true Angel. She takes very good care of him while I am at work. She treats him with care and respect. She keeps me informed of any issues that arise. If you need care for a loved one, this is the place to go. We are both very satisfied.

I really recommend Visiting Angels of Auburn because of the wonderful care and compassion they give to each client for whatever type of care needed.I personally observed how they took care of a relative for 24/7 care.they were so gentle with her no matter what she needed and it was awesome to see how happy she was with each caretaker she had.She was able to remain in her home as long as possible and that meant a lot to her as well as her family.they are very unique and very professional as well as having compassion and care for each client.I think they are indeed number 1 in my choice if I needed to use them

Visiting Angels arrived the day after we called them for service. They were sure to ascertain our needs and explain how everything would work from caregiver services, schedules, invoices, website, etc. They were always available by phone to communicate about issues. The Angel did whatever was asked of her. She was punctual and efficient.
