Brad and Sophie at vines took us through our new home in safety beach approximately 3 times...they were very helpful with anything we wanted to know about the property and about the builder. We even took our kids back after we committed to the buy and they were more than happy to let us. When our bank delayed they were patient and understanding with the painful process.
