I am thrilled I took a risk and left a place I had been at 9 years. Change is sometimes a huge blessing. What I love most is the fast service and minimal waiting at all times. Very high-quality, relationship-based (even for introverts like me) and modern machinery. I really appreciate the sensitivity to my time. Also, wow to not having eyes dilated and being able to choose the new modern camera to do this.

I haven't had an eye exam in ~5 years or so, so I was a bit nervous coming in, but everyone was so kind and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. I appreciated that one of the girls cleaned all the machines in front of me, and gave a thorough explanation of what each instrument measures. When I met with the Optometrist, she was absolutely wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! I felt like the doctor really listened to my needs and gave me a prescription for glasses that best met my lifestyle needs. I picked out a couple of frames that caught my attention, however the optician who helped me after my exam picked out a pair that I loved! To be honest, I was really self-conscious about glasses at first (I even admitted that I feel like glasses don't look good on me, especially because I have a round face), but she reassured me that wearing glasses is all about having a positive mindset, and to just own it! I would totally recommend this optometry office!

I've never had a bad experience with the doctors but the front desk staff are so rude. I had one lady tell me I couldn't be seen because I was 11 minutes late and their cutoff is 10. When I rescheduled for later in the day and showed up on time they didn't get me in to see the doctor until 40 minutes past my appointment time. I also had one of their techs tell me she didn't want to adjust my glasses because my eyes were lopsided and that's why they looked like they weren't straight on my face.

I have been a patient at Vision Dynamics for a very long time. I have always received the proper care and attention needed to take care of all my vision needs from examination to specialty contact lenses and eyeglasses.

I especially want to give kudos to Helena for her expert knowledge and care, and for intuitively knowing how to choose the appropriate eyewear and perfect measurements!

I've been a client of Dr. Amy Lin for several years now. What sets Vision Dynamics Optometric Center apart is their personable & stellar customer service! Beyond the excellence in eye care I've received, I've always been treated with a positive attitude & timely service with a smile! After I moved out of the area it is still well worth the drive for continuing my vision care. I'd highly recommend this business!

Best vision care experience I ve ever had!!! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The technology is leading edge and I left feeling informed about my eye health and prescription. Could not recommend more highly, I ve found my spot for life. :)

Be sure to obtain estimates before you sign and do anything, as the staff there will not remind you nor advise you. We were told we could get the exam done first then check insurance coverage - it does not work that way! You have the right to know what you will pay before you are pushed to the corner and have no options but to pay what they want you pay! Be careful with them and the front desk girls are rude as well - they don't listened to you!

Always great at vision dynamics. They are fast, courteous and always explain everything clearly. Dr Lew is amazing I recommend her to everyone!

Dr Amy Lin and her staff are knowledgeable, dedicated and very caring. They have the most up-to-date equipment and so many wonderful frame choices. I wouldn t trust my eyes with anyone else.

Very happy with my exam at Vision Dynamics. Dr. Lew was amazing and staff was able to work with me and my first prescription change in about a decade.

I wish I could give 5 stars. Very good experience with the doctors and staff. My only complaint is that every time my husband and I have ordered glasses the wait time is 2-3 weeks which is extrordinarily long. For that reason, I cannot give the highest review. It is very frustrating to wait so long especially at the prices we are paying.
