Very helpful cost efficient definitely five star service

Went there for the 1st time.
After over 2 months and 3 returns due to scratched lenses, they could not fix the problem.
I lost my valuable time for 2 months and still the lenses had the same scratched as it was delivered for the 1st time!
3 times they sent it for rework and NOTHING WAS DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
Office was curtious but that did not fix the flaw of their product.
They seems not to have a good control over their vendor. No control at all as it seemed to me.
If you want quality lenses, I will not recommend this place at all.
Come on, 3 times you attempt to fix the lenses and seems like nobody even tried to work in it !

The doctor was very friendly and the glasses are covered by the insurance but it's been about 3 weeks and I havent gotten my new glasses

Glasses for my 5 year old granddaughter.
The initial exam and customer experience was fine...but the end result is awful.
It took Well over a month to get the glasses.
Went to pick up glasses. They are totally ADULT size! She s crying.
They bent the part that goes over the ears down so far that they will not fit in ANY glasses case.
They are TOO BIG.
VERY discouraging to a child....and parent.

Not willing to replace my moms glass frame.
We returned after only 1 day of use.

My mom recently purchased her glasses here, after only 1 day of use, she was getting dizzy, had a headache, discovered her glasses are too heavy and keep lowering, which affects her vision.
We returned to see about replacing the frame, as you wouldn t know how heavy your glasses are going to be until you have the actual lenses put on (not before)

We were told the assistant we had was new and failed to advise the difference in weight after lenses were installed. Have we known that, we could have chosen a different frame.
Despite that information they still denied to replace the frame for another lighter one.

We payed almost $400 for the frame, I cannot believe there isn t some kind of return policy.

Specially for an elder and customer for years.
