First time I went to vision by design alypha hirjce the optometrist spent time with me to explain all about the eye exam. Very nice doctor. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to pick out frames for me. I highly recommend this place. Thanks winifredtait

Excellent staff, always helpful and knowledgable. Take great care when performing tests. Always willing to work with my budget and the frames that are available. Highly recommend the Dr. as well, very thorough.

Had a terrible experience here when I went for my appt last year. It felt like they kept trying to scare me into getting additional tests so that they could increase the price of my exam...and I wasn't told up front that the contacts prescription was not included, so it cost me over $200 for both my glasses and contacts prescriptions. Dr. Keep is very knowledgeable, but I really felt that the cost was not worth it, and I was annoyed that they presumed I would be coming back the following year and scheduled an appt for me a year ahead of time. Would not recommend. Scare tactics and add-on costs do not make for a great, patient-centered experience.

I always feel welcome and all my questions are answered. Everyone is very professional and capable at Vision By Design :)

Friendly, accomodating staff. Dr.Sarah takes the time to explain the issue and doesn't rush through the appointment.

Always get excellent service and the most comprehensive tests. I've never felt more secure and informed about my eyes with any other optometrist. I have had the great opportunity to see both Dr. Keep 2 years ago and on my most recent visit today I was taken care of by Dr. Liu for a routine check of my eye post eye surgery. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and energy. All the optometrists here are no doubt excellent and you should truly consider making them your go to eye doctors. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Keep was very thorough and professional! The clinic is doing an excellent job with cleanliness and following covid safety recommendations.

My regular optometrist was unavailable so they referred me to Vision By Design. It was a bit of an emergency and they accommodated me without hesitation. They were friendly, professional and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

It was my first time with Dr. Liu. She is an excellent communicator and is thorough. I am very happy with her. Sarah is amazing at helping choose glasses and customizing them. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back!

I highly recommend Vision By Design. My daughters and I just had our annual exams. Dr Keep and her staff were wonderful with my daughters, 5 and 3, and I. My 5 year old required glasses and her optician was so helpful and her staff doing the pre-testing had my girls smiling the whole time.

The front office staff were awesome. I have no problems with them.

The optometrist that I saw was in a very fast mode. She took less than 5 minutes to do my examination. It seemed like she was in a big hurry to go somewhere???

Also, i paid extra for one eye test and i realized when i got home that she did not even look at it to tell me if everything was okay or not? She bypassed it completely.

Very disappointed. If i am booked with her for next year, i will cancel.

Excellent choice of stylish eyeware. Great friendly staff with loads of patience with my choosiness. They also bent over backwards to get my new glasses to me as quickly as possible for a holiday.

We have gone to Vision By Design for several years now and we have very good service. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of the latest styles in eye wear. I would recommend Vision By Design for all ages.

Very thorough, polite & clean. Explains test results well too

after my eye examination I picked new eye glasses and spend over 800 dollars with lens. up on picking them up and wearing them for a weeks time the lens clearly where not right.

So up on a revisit I was told I needed a different set of lens and that another 250 dollars would be needed to fix a mistake that was not mine.

I would avoid this place at all cost.

Dr. Keep is wonderful at what she does. She is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge that she willingly shared with my husband and I so that we were fully aware of the health of our eyes. She is detailed and thorough in conducting the exams and makes sure she answers your questions.

The new office is beautifully done and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The support staff were also very helpful.

After my second visit, I did find I needed to re-evaluate my experience at this business. When it comes to healthcare, the quality I appreciate is the focus on the client's individual situation so that the highest care is achieved. This includes developing a partnership with the client and valuing the information they are bring forth as being valid, providing informed service, recommending services that are necessary based on the specific needs of the client and the recognition that access to medical information is important.

I have lived in the United States where a business model was more often in place. In this scenario, a person is a consumer rather than a client. During my two visits, I was reminded of this. While it was a concern during my initial appointment, I did not want to be too quick to finalize my impression and give it more time. However, both appointments were very similar.

Most of the discussion during my appointments was about pricing and options to buy glasses and contact lenses. Much less was spent on my assessment and about my eye health. There was strong encouragement to purchase my contact lenses at this business. I was primarily seeing the optometrist for an eye exam. I travel sometimes for long periods and need well documented information on my prescription so I can purchase where I am locally. Regardless, where I purchase my contact lenses should not interfere with the process of having my eyes examined.

I needed an appointment quickly and was accommodated the same day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The optometrist was very thorough and explained things clearly. I feel confident in her examination. Afterwards I had excellent help looking at and choosing frames and lenses. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. It was a terrific experience. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Dr. Keep and her staff are very professional, knowledgable and efficient with your time. What I also liked was she didn't push a subscription on me and suggested natural ways to improve my eyesight.

Everyone at Vision By Design is always very professional and accommodating every time I go in for a check up. The run on time, provide great service and I would recommend them highly from personal experience. Also, while briefly waiting between parts of my examination. I could here one of the technicians interacting and testing two children. The interaction demonstrated exceptional rapport with children in a potentially strange and stressful situation.

I was treated professionally & with a future appointment to help analyze a development around the nerve in my eyes. As I have just had a cataract operation & see a ophthalmologist once a year, I was grateful to have a consult. I am going to change all my eye needs to these friendly folks.
