Had a terrible experience here when I went for my appt last year. It felt like they kept trying to scare me into getting additional tests so that they could increase the price of my exam...and I wasn't told up front that the contacts prescription was not included, so it cost me over $200 for both my glasses and contacts prescriptions. Dr. Keep is very knowledgeable, but I really felt that the cost was not worth it, and I was annoyed that they presumed I would be coming back the following year and scheduled an appt for me a year ahead of time. Would not recommend. Scare tactics and add-on costs do not make for a great, patient-centered experience.
