We use Virtuoso to support our IT needs ranging from device management to data and security protection. They are always very responsive and eager to assist in improving our internal processes.
A company that strives for excellence at all times. Built on the back of strong processes and a keen eye to detail. There is a clear direction for the company and the teams are all involved at all times working together to achieve these. Having worked for other MSP's before I've had a baseline to compare to and I would definitely say, Virtuoso have got it right. Would happily recommend as a place to work.

Virtuoso have been a fantastic addition to our company; they are as good, if not better, than having in house IT support. Their knowledge and understanding of our companies requirements is great and they are able to offer ideas and solutions and improvements, not only when we request day to day support, but for longer term improvements.
Can honestly say this is one of the most un-organised and disgraceful companies deal with. The Service Desk show terrible attitude toward customers and have even swore on the phones before. I have advised my company to look for an alternative option. I often have to wait at least 5 minutes before the phone is picked up and i am then just fobbed off. It seems as though there is not much communication between the members of the Team and they often contradict each other. Service in 2017 was excellent but has certainly gone down hill in the past twelve months.
Virtuoso are a great support to our business. They are efficient and thorough with investigating any issues and always willing to help. The staff are knowledgeable and keep us up to date with new software and improvements.
