Their numbers they advertise are true. Buyers click on more of my pictures, stay on my listings site longer and the photos and virtual tours they produce drive more showings for my sellers. More showings mean better offers and more choices to my sellers of who can make it to closing!

Great experience. My showing rate doubled after posting these pictures. The photographer was personable and put my client at ease. This is an older home and the photographer truly brought out the charm of the home. The rates are so competitive, I see no reason to use any other company.

I have used Virtuance on almost all of my listings. I just had a drone done where the video was less than even close to what the house really looks like. HORRIBLE. I will never use them for Drone work again.

Toss up on the quality depending on which photographer is available. I went from using an amazing photographer I loved (who is no longer available) to using virtuance because I had heard good things. Well, now my listing has been pushed back by a full week due to rookie mistakes (opening a shower curtain that was closed for staging, catching my client's razor and other personal care items in both the photos and the the 3d virtual tour). They can't get anyone out until tomorrow and I won't have photos back until Thursday. We were supposed to be going out on the MLS tomorrow and get marketing materials back by friday... now I have to shell put an additional $65 just to get my marketing materials printed by Friday and the mailers won't be out in time for weekend showings. Overall I regret that my decision to go with them has ultimately cost me additional time and money, as well as further inconvenience to my client.

I paid for a tour. Attempted to download my photos. I apparently clicked the wrong link trying to get my photos. After a lot of searching, there is a help page that says to call support. I tried calling support, closed until Tuesday (today is Sunday). I tried clicking the contact page, dead page. I wasted $149. I NEED MY PHOTOS!!!!! Now I will have to hire someone else and pay a premium top get them quickly. What a waste of money!!!!! DO NOT USE VIRTUANCE, THEY OFFER NO SUPPORT.
