If I could give this no stars I would. My daughter was traveling back to Utah a last minute emergency trip she called said she was tired so I booked on line thru Expedia a room for her and my three grandkids under 6 when she got there the ladies at the front were snotty and said she would have to pay cash and it as ten more than I just paid and they would give her a room. WTH I already paid online and now you want more. Then a nice lady called over there when I called the main line and said they can t let her check in until 6:01 am so she would have to sit three hours with three little ones when they clearly have a room. Now I ve lost my payment I paid online and my daughter is driving the the rest of the way. I m very disappointed in the service and disregard for others and safety. Management needs to relook at the ladies working tonight being snotty is uncalled for in the hospitality world I also work in it. They would not last with us. We go thru there a lot and won t be staying there. I will be calling to talk to management of the hotel.
