Very friendly gym. Still lack equipments and should lose the circuit stepper. Most people only use the machines around the stepper and very few people use the equipment as they were intended. Rather canvas the patrons to see what machines they find is always busy and get more of those.

Also the steam room gets so hot that the steam stings your skin. Wasn't like this last year.

Also needed help with some equipment at midday the other day. Except for trainers attending to clients and cleaners, there was no one around to help me.

Awesome gym was passing through the area and had a great afternoon session ,modern equipment and fast upgrades

Friendly and efficient staff. Have never had an issue at the gym. Spinning class instructors are simply outstanding as well!

A great gym. Offers all required machinery and has spinning, yoga, dance and many more classes. It has a Steam Rooms as well as Saunas. It also has a phenomenal dedicated child play area. It is exceptionally clean inside and very well managed.

Underwhelming. For the size of gym it is quite under equipped in the free weights section. Cardio section is top notch though if that's your preference.

So i decided to go back to gym since the lockdown was eased. Wanted a kauai smoothie waited there for 30 mins, finally the lady comes up to us and tell us "you must learn to ask for help you can see we are busy" the lady was extremely rude. Best part they just looked at us when clearly we were waiting to be served. Poor service guys. It was friday 23/10/2020 Time 7pm

Simply lovely. Well appointed and family friendly. Super clean.

I enjoy teaching swimming at the gym. Only pitty is its far from home in Pretoria East.

Very poor child care. My toddler was covered in bruises, got a black eye, and minders didn't even notice
